Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
Whatever the overall score says, the last stretch of reviews is the weaker one. When how food arrives comes up here it is usually a criticism, and the ratings attached average 2.8. How long an order takes is the next most common subject, in 29% of reviews (averaging 2.5).
A third strand, whether it is worth the money, appears in 21% of them at 2.7 stars. More reviewers landed on 4 stars than any other score — 5 of 14. The split is 8 positive to 5 negative across 14 rated reviews, with 1 in the middle.
The health record runs ahead of the reviews. The last DBPR inspection returned an A (98/100) with 2 basic violations. That result dates from June 10, 2026. On health score it sits safer than 80% of the Orange County restaurants we grade. What the inspector actually wrote up: floors, walls, ceilings clean & maintained and cleaning and maintenance equipment.
Worth separating: the complaints above cluster on how long an order takes, not on the kitchen, which inspected well. The underlying reviews are reproduced in full underneath.

Over priced , and the food quality is bang average!
-
This place is pretty decent if you are staying at the resort. I would reccomend utilizing Mobile Orders as the lines can be pretty long. The food itself was pretty good, not much to complain about. It is a little pricey, but not unexpected for being a Disney resort.

The Riverside Food is mid but the out look and just general feeling is really where its at. (Dont get the pasta its undercooked as heck)

The food was very disappointing. The beef stew was mostly sauce with very little substance, and half of the chicken was so dry as a cardboard. Unless you're sticking to pizza, burgers, or fries, the quality drops off quickly. But even those options are garbage too. Overall, it felt like we paid a lot of money for food that simply wasn't worth the price.

Love this hotel
-
Restaurante bien, sin nada sobresaliente, comida rápida típica, descongestionado, bonito, amplio, no ví turistas latinos y tristemente debo reconocer, eso hace que el lugar sea más apacible.

Great if you love Tata Tots, bacon, cheese and sausage. Not so much if you dont.

The Riverside Milk food court is great but gets very busy and loud so would come at quieter times. I would also say the food here is really good but sadly only give you paper plates and plastic cutlery compared to French quarter which give you proper plates and cutlery. The food court also offers refillable drink machines and indoor seating which is convenient on a hot day when you want to start the morning with a coffee and some food in an air conditioned building.

The quick meal plan is over priced crap food
-
Make sure you get a drink with your meal, if you don't they won't let you have it later, if you do buy it later they will charge you a snack allowance for it and deduct it from your dining plan.
-
Expensive for what you get.
-
Very good 👍
-
Fast service and good food.
-
Where to begin. Its gone down. As I seriously down. Fries were cold and soggy. Only remade salad full of raw onion who the heck wants onion breath for dinner. The service is slow at the counter and slow at the till. Dont bother
