One of our favorite dining experiences at Disney World! Always great service and great food! Ask for Roberto!

William was our server and was by far one of the best we’ve ever had!!

The food was excellent. We had the bruschetta which was fantastic, the burrata was the best. We shared a small pizza. The pizza was delicious, the ingredients all tasted very fresh, the olives were exquisite. We then had the fettuccine with shrimp and the fillet. The fettuccine was creamy yet lite, and the shrimp tasted fresh and were perfectly cooked. The filets were cooked perfectly medium and were quite possibly the most tender steak I’ve ever had. The carrots, green beans and potatoes that came with the filets were also perfectly cooked and tasted very fresh. The food was excellent. It was busy for lunch rush, but Valentina was very friendly and as attentive as she could be given the crowd. We ended the meal with the ricotta cheesecake and a cappuccino. The cheesecake was delicious and not overly sweet. The cappuccino was perfectly balanced as it came. We will definitely make this our main dining option whenever we are at Epcot.

Great food, great service

The service was excellent! Watching the pizza being made in the open fire ovens helped create an even more remarkable experience. The Capricciosa pizza was delicious with the fresh ingredients, including the whole olives, artichokes pieces, mushrooms and parmacotto ham. Lastly, the Batasiolo Barolo Riserva wine was absolutely divine. 🍷

It was an amazing experience been in this magical place! We had a really great time and our server Giovanni was wonderful with us, he explained us everything about the menu, he took care of us in the best way and we think our experience was beautiful thanks to him! Hope to come back there as soon as possible and we absolutely are going to ask for him!!!

Via Napoli is one of our favorite restaurants in Walt Disney World! Their pizza is our favorite out of anywhere we’ve ever eaten in the world. Our server was Margherita on our most recent visit this past Sunday. She was so knowledgeable and super kind! One of the managers, Tim, stopped by our table and chatted with us for a bit. He was also very kind, and we greatly appreciated him taking time to talk with us. When you’re in EPCOT, Via Napoli is a must!!! We’ve tried most of the menu throughout our many visits to this restaurant, and you cannot go wrong with anything you try. We love this place, and highly recommend it! Great service!!! Great atmosphere!!! EXCELLENT FOOD!!!!

The waitress and managers were super friendly. They checked on us multiple times. I highly recommend for dine in. Food was excellent.

Fun environment and the staff are all from Italy! Be sure to ask them about their culture and their heritage! Very fun!

Delicious food and service!

Andrea has been the best server we have ever had! Via Napoli never disappoints but Andrea made it special. He made it the best experience yet! The food is 10/10! We could never say enough good things.

This is the best place to eat in Epcot. Daniel was a great server and the pizza was great.

The hostess was amazing at accommodating our last minute addition to the party and we were seating quickly which was amazing! Filippo was our waiter and we could not have asked for better ~ he was the absolute best! Anticipated needs and was so friendly and quick to respond. Food was the unreal as usual! Will definitely come back whenever possible 🙂
