Community Rating
Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
Sorted newest-first, the ratings decline as you read up. How guests are treated tends to be raised approvingly here, averaging 4.2 stars. After that, speed of service appears most often — 20% of the corpus, averaging 5.0.
Conspicuously absent: portion size, which no reviewer brings up. 9 of 10 rated reviews are four stars or higher; 1 are two or lower. 5 stars is the modal score, given by 8 of the 10 reviewers who rated.
On the inspection side the picture is cleaner: DBPR graded this kitchen an A (100/100) with no violations cited. Whatever the reviews argue about, sanitation is not the weak point. That inspection was on March 11, 2026. The trend across inspections is decline. On health score it sits safer than 100% of the Seminole County restaurants we grade. Read the numbers above with the sample size in mind: 10 reviews is not many. The inspector left without citing anything — worth noting, since most visits find something.
Nothing here pulls in opposite directions — an unusually clean read. The individual reviews are below, newest first, if you want the raw material.

The Chick-fil-A Lake Mary BoulevardIt’s sad when Have an a bad experience and when you try to explain how you feel people that are in management don’t care I had a complaint. I spoke to the general manager, German, no respect. I’m a black man and how I felt I was treated differently from every other person from a different color than me. I called to talk to someone did not get any understanding, but you guys serve people I know you guys don’t care
