Community Rating
Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
The headline average flatters this listing; the recent half does not. Service cuts both ways here, averaging 3.6 among the reviews that raise it. Whether it is worth the money is the next most common subject, in 31% of reviews (averaging 5.0).
If you had to pick one number to represent this corpus it would be 5, the most frequently given rating (8 reviews). 10 of 13 rated reviews are four stars or higher; 2 are two or lower. A third strand, how long an order takes, appears in 23% of them at 2.7 stars.
Against that, the kitchen inspects well — an A (97/100), 3 basic violations at the most recent DBPR visit. DBPR last walked in on January 28, 2026. That puts it ahead of 72% of graded kitchens in Seminole County. The citations behind that grade include in-use food dispensing utensils properly stored and dishwashing facilities.
Nothing here pulls in opposite directions — an unusually clean read. Everything above is computed from the 13 reviews reproduced below.

This restaurant is not Autism friendly. We are a party of 3, we were sat at a very large table and we even mentioned it to the host that we really did not want to be in the section where other large patlrties would be potentially be sat so close to us. She said "this table is fine for you" but about ten minutes after being sat a party of 6 was sat directly behind our son who has Autism. They were being excessively loud to the point where our son began to have a meltdown. I promptly asked our server if we could possibly be moved to a quieter part of the restaurant. He glanced around without even bothering to check with the host stand for another available table and said "no you can't move because we're pretty full" he said this even after I explained that our son has Autism and was very uncomfortable with the noise. We found out later the whole other side of the restaurant had many open tables but the server did not care enough to even bother to check for us. So we couldn't move and none of us could enjoy our food because of the extremely disrespectful party behind us. It was so loud that we couldn't even hear each other speaking and no one did a single thing about it. They didn't even ask them to settle down at all. On top of all of this my husband's food was made incorrectly and was never corrected. If you're an Autism parent I highly suggest you avoid this location.

Enjoy the atmosphere of this venue. Always upbeat and fun. Parking is a little tight. Prices are average. Staff helpful. Great for a quick bite to eat in a nice environment.

Food is always good for a good price but it's always noisy in there.

Really solid Chiles. Nice staff and good food.

I made an order of fajitas and the free chips and salsa. At checkout, I was charged for the chips/salsa even though I was logged into my account. I immediately called Chilis so they could credit the 7.00+ for the chips. I spoke to a manager and was told I would get a refund in 5-10 business days. That was on May 15.. I’m still waiting. Customer service is important. The fajitas were great but I’m disappointed that my request wasn’t handled,

Probably the best casual restaurant out there with the best food and best prices to match

Great food, great service, friendly staff, and low noise level so that you could carry on a conversation without raising your voice.

Jordan is the absolute best!

We had an incredible dining in experience. I absolutely love the chips and salsa recipe they use, loads of flavor and by simply logging into your rewards account, you often get the chips and salsa free! I had the chicken taco salad and it was fresh and had ton of seasoning. Portion sizes were good! Strangely, the place was super packed and busy... despite being a Tuesday. I guess the place is so successful and popular that even a Tuesday generates lots of bussiness! All the more reason to give this location a try if you are in the area.

Food was ok but we found hairs in the salad, staff apologized offered a redo but we declined as it was late
