Came for breakfast after a long shift . My server Annette was wonderful. She was friendly and efficient. Chicken pesto bowl was delicious . High in protein and low in calories . Will def come back and eat on thier nice patio .

Be ready that there is a waiting time. Staff is nice and helpful. Food was ok

My husband and I went to the First Watch in Lake Mary for the first time and it was a wonderful experience! We both had breakfast items and they were delicious! Our waitress, VANESSA, was fantastic and made our time there so enjoyable! 🤗🎈👏👍❤️😋

Manager is rude and can’t use her Rs properly.. sounds like a child..

Oh nah. This place is masquerading as a fancy diner, yet its food is worse than what you’d find at a standard old school diner. I ordered a cheese omelet with the million dollar potatoes and an English muffin. They had several cheeses to choose from but of course they didn’t have the one I wanted (provolone) so I got stuck with havarti. They tried to make the eggs fancy with some herbs but it honestly just made the omelet taste weird. They also barely used any cheese. The million dollar potatoes were alright, though the cream sauce was kind of gloopy. Even the English muffin was weird in an underwhelming way, as it was round like an English muffin, but had a texture more akin to toast, no nooks & crannies to be found (like on every other English muffin I’ve ever had). Just a lot of strange tasting foods with less-than-pleasant textures. Also, servers don’t even provide the service of collecting payment, they just send you to the front counter to pay. Lastly my food wasn’t all ready at once, so I had to wait like 5 minutes for my English muffin before I could take my pic for this review. Not good food and not particularly good service.

Service was amazing by Yari she’s awesome but the cooks were not good I got a burnt lemon ricotta pancake .

First Watch has amazing food and service. We have had options you just don't find at most places. Excellent place to eat clean and healthy but feel like you were naughty.

Food was only warm. Omelette was over cooked and dry. Grits were thick, dry and not hot, probably warmed over. Biscuits were not hot and probably warmed over. An egg order over easy was hard. Coffee was old. Noisey as usual. All this for an $85, with tip, breakfast for 3! After several negative experiences they have lost my business!

I haven’t been here in 4 years because our previous experience was horrible. This place really turned around. The new manager has done a great job making improvements with staff. My son has allergies and the server was very aware and diligent about making sure we got what we needed. Service was quick and accurate and the food was delicious!

I meant to post this on Sunday. Just wanted to give our server that we had a shout out. I believe her name was Heaven if i remember correctly. She was super sweet. Gave us exceptional service. My husband and I brought my mother-in-law out with us that is a bit elderly. She was so patient with us the entire time and treated her as if she was family. She suggested that we tried the waffles. Those were her favorite and oh my gosh, you will not be let down. I think that we had a meal called the traditional. I think everything was just so good. Definitely ask for her next time you will not regret it. We can’t wait to go back. Btw the coffee is amazing.

What a great location! My server was the absolute best. Thalia is so friendly, beautiful, and so attentive. I think I’m inlove! With the restaurant that is… the restaurant… 😉

This is one of the best breakfast chains. Today was the Traditional, with loads of bacon. So delicious.

We stopped here mainly because they were open until 2:30 and we wanted to eat somewhere that we have never been before. Our meals were perfect. My Lemon Ricotta Pancakes were awesome! My son had the Trifecta with ham. I didn't realize it was a chain restaurant at first, but being from mid-west Ohio, I'm super glad to see they have places in Columbus and Cincinnati. We will be visiting again!

Took the dog today and ate on the patio. They were accommodating a d brought water. Great experience while working with the dog.
