Fresh Kitchen has changed the fast casual game! I've been a regular for many many years, but have recently moved to Winter Park. I'm excited to share with all the other Lake Mary girlies that walk over from the Esporta or Ross in the parking lot that they're planning on a Grand Opening in Winter Park in mid-November. I can't wait! Settling for CAVA or Chipotle is getting old.... fast. As the date gets closer, the manager, Luis, should be able to provide you with any information that you want about Winter Park. A few sneak peaks: -they will each have aprons in the front and really cool shirts in the back with managers names engraved into their aprons. It seems like a small detail, but I've been going since back when they sold merch and I still have my Fresh Kitchen "Fresh Kicks" crop top that has been all over the world. It's part of my weekly workout fits that gets washed and repeated constantly. I included a photo from the gym and another from Jamaica. It's a rarity these days to spot one in the wild because they haven't sold merch in a long time. I kindly request they bring it back for my shopping pleasure -there's talk of a new yogurt based sauce and new chicken recipes. They already have 4 and I love two of them so much I can't decide -Luis is going to be at the grand opening, so you know it's a party at jump 🎉 Until then, if you're looking for a bite in Lake Mary, just know that I go every chance I get. valeria is a queen. she was so helpful bc i didn’t understand the difference in the menu and her energy was js so good. like i wanted to go behind the counter and hangout with her. she makes me want to go there everyday she’s perfect

Great healthy choices

I genuinely love Fresh Kitchen. However, today's meal wasn't it. Chicken very dry, but tastes really good. Just need a little moisturizer. Either way, a wonderful place to dine.

Love this fresh alternative. The sweet potatoe noodles are amazing. The dining area is very loud if it's full, hard to have a conversation.

we just had a fabulous experience at fresh kitchen in Lake Mary. Tiffany was absolutely fantastic and is a master at Customer service. She made us feel welcome and she knew the menu backwards and forwards. I had the Samaan and my wife had the salad. Everything was as its name indicated… Fresh. Can’t wait to try other menu items in the near future.

Great service and food that is fresh and healthy for you. 1st timer tried the 4 bowl, coli mash, cabbage slaw, green beans and grilled chicken with the kale sauce. Everything looked good will have to try some other items next time!

I've loved that there's a restaurant that is gluten-free all the way around. It's so hard to find a new restaurant with good food that does not contain wheat. I've only been once, but once there's a location in Winter Park, I will most likely be going most of the time and I can't wait to try all the things!

New into town and stopped at Fresh Kitchen, had a wonderful experience, the food was delicious, and fresh just like the name. I asked several questions and your associate Tiffany was able to answer all of them and recommended me to make my own 4 bowl which was perfect for me. Highly recommend to everyone I know. On top of the wonderful service, and food the restaurant colors are top notch too!

Fresh Kitchen Lake Mary is a gluten-free foodie DREAM 🙌🌿 If you’re gluten-free and looking for a spot where you can actually relax and enjoy everything without stress, Fresh Kitchen in Lake Mary absolutely delivers. I love places where eating clean doesn’t mean sacrificing flavor, and this lunch was SO good. I built my bowl with cauliflower mash + sweet potato noodles as the base, added broccoli + chickpeas, and topped it with the almond-crusted baked chicken… every single bite was delicious. The flavors, textures, freshness—it all worked perfectly together. And let’s talk about that fresh beet juice… the perfect pairing. Crisp, refreshing, and such a great complement to the meal. As someone who actively seeks out gluten-free friendly dining spots, this is one of those places that makes life easy. A fully gluten-free kitchen is such a huge win for the celiac/gluten-sensitive community because cross contamination stress is completely off the table. Clean ingredients, fresh food, quick service, healthy comfort food, and options that actually taste amazing? Yes please. I was in there a few days ago and the manager on duty and the staff were all very helpful and friendly. I would recommend to everyone.

It's great to see a place with healthy options that offers great service and convenience. I don't expect service workers to hold my hand but my Fresh Kitchen experience was a breath of fresh air with your service worker Tiffany. She was very friendly and her inviting demeanor is not something I see a lot these days in service work. Great healthy food options and great service! What more could you want!?! Best food and hospitality ever !

This was my first time at Fresh Kitchen, and I was really impressed. The food tasted fresh, the portions were solid, and everything came out quickly. The place is clean and has a nice, easy vibe. I also want to mention Tiffany — she was friendly, helpful, and made the experience even better. Great customer service goes a long way, and she definitely delivered. Overall, a really good first visit. I’ll be back.

I’m not huge on writing reviews but Fresh Kitchen deserves to be noticed. I have visited a few times and will be fitting this into my routine. Fresh served food. Great taste. Fast service. Clean atmosphere Love the steak. Cooked perfectly. The staff is always smiling and very professional. Sophia was great. I had a few questions and she was quick to answer and I then had confidence to place my order. Thank you Sophia. I wouldn’t pas Fresh Kitchen up.
