HILTON GARDEN INN ORLANDO NORTH-LAKE MARY FL

Moldy. Room looks like recently renovated but mold is still an issue (smell mainly). I only saw few spots in the shower where it has started to come through the paint.

Easy on and off of I4. Rooms were decent…pillows suck horribly…bring your own. Bed was comfy. Breakfast restaurant down the road the breakfast club has better breakfast for half the price.

The hotel is definitely one of the best, super clean, Neutrogena amenities, water bottles and coffee in your room, the staff is amazing but 10 stars to Franklin, what a nice guy! Definitely I'll be back.

Hosting an event there Aug 2026. They've been extraordinarily helpful. Price is competitive. Many elements of the property have been updated.

Very clean hotel with excellent staff.

From the moment I walked into the hotel, exceptional customer service was provided by Marvin at the front desk. He greeted me with a welcoming hello and a huge smile. Checkin was seamless, and the room was spacious, clean, and provided a mini fridge and microwave. Highly recommend for your next visit to Lake Mary, FL.

We had a great stay. Hotel was very clean. Staff was very nice. Special shout out to Marvin for his excellent customer service. Knowing I wasn't feeling good on my last, he assisted me and my mom with our bags to our car. He was so accommodating and did it with a smile. We appreciatef real customer service and he was a complete gentleman! Thank you Marvin!

Have stayed at other Hilton Gardens Inn around Lake Mary and Winter Park, this one has more to offer in the area, and more affordable.

Came over from cocoa beach for a wedding and the bartender was amazing. Super friendly and great personality. 10 out of 10 would come back here just for the staff. Thanks Tasha you were above and beyond. Pedro was working the front desk he was so friendly too absolutely top tier staff they make you feel at home and had me laughing and enjoying every second.

Tasha and Pedro are awesome! I have to come here every year and seeing the same faces after 5 years makes me feel like you are visiting a cousin .. lol just awesome

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and overall, my experience was very pleasant. From the moment I arrived, Jada and the staff made me feel welcome with their friendly and professional demeanor. Check-in was quick and efficient, which I greatly appreciated after a long day of travel. The room itself was clean, and spacious. This hotel is conveniently located near several restaurants and shopping centers. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

This is one of the worst hotels. The room was not clean, the pillows were flat (all 6 of them), the noise was all night from the freeway because the rooms are in the back up against the freeway, I was charged for complimentary self-parking, walked from our room to the complimentary breakfast while dishing we were all asked for our room #, spent an hour on chat with customer service getting transferred and disconnected, trying to get a refund, but customer service has no authority to help and the front desk did not pick up the call. Very disappointing that this has the Hilton name.

Ruthie at the front desk was absolutely amazing and genuinely welcoming as a Diamond member i appreciated her attentiveness to my requests and she knows the area like the back of her hand if you’re looking for great spots to eat or experience the area. My room was great , clean , great location with things to do in walking distance will be back.

This hotel is located close to interstate 4. Rooms are nice, but the service is exceptional. I highly recommend.

Love this hotel but charging for parking now is ridiculous in this suburban location. On top of that i have to walk back to my car and put a tag on the mirror. What an aweful experience. Nickel and diming and a blatant money grab. This poorly disclosed during the booking process also.

Breakfast needs to switch to complimentary. Be sure to check that before booking. Check in was great, friendly employee.

Bought some cheesecake at the little store behind the front desk. Go up to my room and get my pajamas on and put on a $15 face mask that you are supposed to leave on all night. Made the room nice and dark and open up the cheesecake container. Just as I was about to dig my spoon in, I noticed an odd shadow. Turn the light on and it’s furry mold. Get dressed and have to toss my face mask. Go downstairs and ask for a refund. I’m more annoyed by the loss of my face mask than an error of some bad cheesecake. That was until I get to the front desk. No apology and he just told me to get another one. Yeah, no thanks. He then complains it’s going to take awhile to issue a refund. So to appease his annoyance I was like, how about a free drink at the bar instead of the refund. He said the cheesecake was only $6.50 and the drinks at the bar are more expensive. I’m thinking, sir, I almost ate furry mold and you are concerned about a drink costing more??? I’m like, I already ruined my $15 face mask so I’m more than paid for the additional part of the drink. So then he offers me one of those cheap $2 face masks that you can buy at Walmart. I said no thanks and to just issue the refund which he ultimately did. But what a terrible experience that he made even worse. Get that front desk guy some customer service training. I used to work for the Hilton and would’ve never treated someone like that.

Mark is fantastic. I arrived for my stay and was sent to a different hotel due to a room issue. The issue was resolved and I stayed here for the remainder of my trip. Nice hotel, met every expectation. The other hotel charged me and Mark went out of his way to help me resolve the issue instead of me having to figure things out on my own. Thank you Mark!
