Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
The direction of travel is downward across these 15 reviews. Opinion on front-of-house is split — those reviews land at 3.2 on average. Cleanliness is the next most common subject, in 20% of reviews (averaging 4.7).
The single most common rating left here is 5 stars (6 of 15). How food arrives shows up in 20% of reviews as well, averaging 2.3. Of the 15 rated reviews, 9 sit at four stars or better and 5 at two or below.
On the inspection side the picture is cleaner: DBPR graded this kitchen an A (91/100), with 1 high-priority and 1 basic violations. Whatever the reviews argue about, sanitation is not the weak point. The visit behind that grade was June 11, 2026. On health score it sits safer than 50% of the Seminole County restaurants we grade. For specifics, the last inspection cited garbage and refuse.
The weak part of this listing is the experience, not the sanitation — those are different failures. The reviews themselves follow, unedited and newest first.

Horrible service

On 7/5/2026 I went inside this location and ordered 4 cookies (2 per pack) and an ice cream sundae. I waited for my order, and saw a worker drop a pack of cookies on the ground and placed it back on the tray. The employee proceeded to give me my order, and I asked why did she place the cookies back on the tray? The employee denied that she did and stated that they were fresh, even though I just watched her place the dropped cookies on the tray. She stated that the cookies that fell on the ground were in the trash. I asked that she show me. She said okay, and then turned and walked towards the trash, she then turned around and said “so you really want me to check the trash”? At that point I just requested two fresh bags. She went to the back and came back with two bags (not sure if they were the same) and gave them to me. I didn’t feel comfortable, so I asked for a refund. The manager on duty came out, and I explained the situation. I didn’t get an apology, but was told “I need to check the cameras”. I waited for about 5 minutes for the manager to review the footage. She came back and said “I didn’t see anything fall on the ground, and both cameras have good angles”. I told the manager that’s not the case because I literally watched the young lady drop the cookies on the floor. I called the employee that dropped the cookies, and she confirmed that the cookies did fall on the floor, but still denied placing them in the tray. So BOTH employees (worker and manager) lied to my…

Newly remodeled, everything adult brown and white. Kids play place is also updated. Bathrooms were clean. Everything automated, no contact, boring. One of the only McDonald's play places in Seminole County so it will always be a popular spot.

Not 24 hours. Store was closed at 3am 6/1.

The meat was raw and disgusting worst McDonald’s ever

This McDonalds is the absolute best tonight. I’ve gone to Chick-fil-A and they denied me extra Oreo on my ice cream but this McDonald’s put it on the top middle and bottom of the McFlurry for no extra charge. I would just like to say how absolutely incredible this is knowing that I’ve gone to multiple places and they have done nothing like this. The people making my ice cream deserve a raise.

Had asked for coffee but they didn't had any kind available which was sort of disappointing but I understand. Got vanilla icecream cone instead. Can never go wrong with it so its aight.
