Community Rating
Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
The inspection says one thing about this kitchen, and a minority of reviewers say another. Reviews that raise price average just 1.8 stars — this is where the complaints concentrate. Front-of-house follows at 21% of reviews, where ratings average 2.0.
Behind those, how long an order takes is raised in 21% of reviews (1.3 average). If you had to pick one number to represent this corpus it would be 1, the most frequently given rating (7 reviews). Newer reviews score better than older ones (3.0 recent against 1.8 earlier), so direction is worth weighing alongside the average.
Against that, the kitchen inspects well — an A (98/100), 2 basic violations at the most recent DBPR visit. DBPR last walked in on April 1, 2026. On health score it sits safer than 80% of the Seminole County restaurants we grade. The citations behind that grade include wiping cloths.
Worth separating: the complaints above cluster on speed of service, not on the kitchen, which inspected well. Read the originals below and judge the pattern yourself.

Was not that impressed. Ordered a grill cheese sandwich, bowl of tomatoe soup and an iced tea for $18, filled up on the iced tea! Tomoatoe soup was thick and sandwich was small.

First time to Panera bread and it’s awesome

Yum o rama

Came through the drive thru today and specifically ordered a sandwich with no sauce due to a severe allergy. The receipt was correct, yet the employees disregarded it and made it with sauce anyways. Got home and now husband can't eat. Was told no refunds unless I drive all the way 15 minutes back. Honestly to put the effort to fix the mistake on the customer is too much considering the cost of gas right now. Will not be returning.

Got a black coffee. It was overpriced.
-
Over priced as hell for such simple food. Mostly bread! Never again. Huge regret.

I really enjoy having my breaks at this place. As a Sip Club Member, you get free 'help yourself' coffees, tea and soft drinks for a prepaid club periodic membership, and they have locations all over the place, so I love being able to stop while on road trips, as well as when I'm just shopping in town and in the neighborhood of one.

The atmosphere was cute there was not enough people that service area also my bacon egg and cheese croissant which should have had extra bacon had maybe like one more piece of extra bacon but it was so Bland it was gross especially because I realized I paid $9 just for that sandwich
-
Since when do they not predress the salad when you dine in. Are the workers this lazy to do it themselves or corporate trying to save a buck and give less dressing but charge more
-
Great place to get out of the house and work for a few hours.
-
For the most part this place has good food only thing is through the drive-thru I've missed items or they forget to give me something and I have to drive back and can be on the expensive side
-
Quite literally the worst staffed Panera I have ever been to. If you order more than one item or any sort of customization, they are completely incapable of reading English and following directions so simple a child could. If you want to be constantly having to get a refund for your wildly incorrect order, definitely order from this location

This is the slowest drive through you will ever use! If you have little n patience and are in a rush do not stop here. It diesnt matrer who is at the window..minumun wait 5 min- currently Ive been here for 20 min and cant get out! Im done- not coming back again. I lierally come here eveey day and it is the same thing!

I went thru the drive thru around 6pm to pick up dinner for myself. They were out of lettuce so they gave me stuff that looked like weeds and there wasn't much of it. The tomato soup was very sour and smelled like dirty socks. Had to throw it out. The.bread was so stale and hard as a rock. I waited in line for 15 or more minutes with only one person in front of me. There obviously is a problem that a manager needs to know about and fix. I paid close to 14.00 for a piece of hard bread and half a salad with very little green stuff, whatever it was. I am considering not going back. When it's good, it's good but it's the luck of the draw

I was served by cashier Noor, she was so friendly and so funny and we had a short little chat and I felt like we had been friends for years! She also answered all my questions about the menu and everything! Will definitely be coming back hope all staff are as warm and welcoming as her!

One star for small portion for the price $9.93. Mac&cheese bread bowl. Slow drive thru
-
Wow . Birds eat more soup then what they give. Shaking my head. Once a good place nowfar from it.
-
Had allot of fruit flies by the drive thru today. Wasn’t very appealing when I received my order now I’m just not going to eat it.
-
$9.40 for one slice of avocado toast and a drink. Insanely expensive. Panera has earned this one star rating. Then, on top of that, my reward for visiting 6 times used to be $2 off any salad, breakfast sandwich, etc. Now it's only $1 off. So, now I'm punished for being a loyal customer.
