Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
This listing's ratings cluster at the two ends of the scale. Reviews mentioning how guests are treated average 3.6 stars, so it divides opinion rather than settling it. Speed of service follows at 23% of reviews, where ratings average 3.4.
5 stars is the modal score, given by 11 of the 22 reviewers who rated. 12 of 22 rated reviews are four stars or higher; 8 are two or lower. A third strand, cleanliness, appears in 18% of them at 3.8 stars.
The health record runs ahead of the reviews. The last DBPR inspection returned an A (98/100) with 2 basic violations. That inspection was on February 12, 2026. On health score it sits safer than 80% of the Seminole County restaurants we grade. Among the items recorded were floors, walls, ceilings clean & maintained.
Worth separating: the complaints above cluster on serving size, not on the kitchen, which inspected well. The individual reviews are below, newest first, if you want the raw material.

This Taco Bell. The employees are my goats. I went inside at 10:45 PM in a JROTC uniform with nothing but agony and despair in my soul. My car had broken down, just outside the parking lot. My serpentine belt snapped. I had to rush somewhere quickly. Time was of the essence. And then, I spotted the bell. I and my friends who were in a train had already been heading here but it felt like a beacon in the rain. A symbol of hope in my hour of darkness. I turn in with my friends behind me and fly into that parking lot with pure agony in my heart for what I know has happened. As my belt has already snapped before I knew of the warnings, I knew of the sound, that awful wretched sound. I opened the hood of my car look where my serpentine belt should have greeted me running… to find it shredded. Half way down my 2004 Honda crv’s engine bay. I throw my hood back down in anger and open the GEICO app for a tow truck desperate now as it is so late at night. An hour is the estimated time it will arrive to my location. I’m now desperate in this foreign land of lake Mary where I must get home to deltona. I curse my wanting to get a crunch wrap now and go inside reluctantly with my friends. I explain what has happened to the employees and ask them “if I need to may I leave my car here overnight” fully expecting a no. To my surprise an angel among men was working that night. She heard my pleas and immediately gave me sanctuary, offering for me to stay in the parking lot if need be as I was…

I came at like 10:30pm after a long shift and was greeted with the nicest customer service I've literally ever had at a Taco Bell. They were out of all Baja Blast which was the only thing I wanted, so I order another drink, and Patrick was the sweetest human being ever, absolutely made my whole night. Give that guy a raise.

Dawson was working the drive thru, he was very kind and patient and asked us if we had any questions. He made sure not to rush us and his customer service should be used as an example! He was respectful and professional!

LOVE this location! Me and my new husband actually ate here the day after our wedding and they gave us a free build your own box! LOL!

My family and I came in after a long day of being in the hospital none of us had the energy to order on the kiosk and tried to get one of the employees attention to take our order. After ignoring us for a while we went ahead and used the kiosk anyway out of respect that they were busy. One of the employee stepped into the lobby to grab a drink in which my boyfriend to the time to ask for a bathroom key due to me needing to throw up from the hospital meds. After we had already knocked and waited almost 10 minutes to make sure it wasn’t other customers in the bathroom the employee insisted the bathrooms were unlocked and that the door must be jammed. We tried again no luck eventually I just went outside to throw up. After cooling down and coming back in we get our food and leave. When we get home to eat our food all modifications due to allergies were ignored! And the only soft taco they did follow instructions on had no meat?!? Was really looking forward to a good meal/experience after a hard day and spending $50. 😐

Poor customer service!

I am an Uber Eats driver and am absolutely appalled by the dangerous, unprofessional behavior of the management at this Lake Mary Boulevard location. I picked up an order that was supposed to include two seasoned fries. Upon delivery, the customer noticed the fries were missing. Because I care about good service, I drove 5 minutes back to the restaurant to fix their mistake and grab the missing items for the customer. When I arrived, I politely informed an employee about the missing fries. He immediately gave me attitude, snapping, "I just got here." The manager then stepped in, and when I explained that the kitchen forgot the customer's fries, she completely disregarded me and told me I had to report it through the app. When I simply pointed out that it was the restaurant's mistake and I was just trying to help the customer get their food, the manager went from 0 to 100. She aggressively demanded that I leave, claimed I was "trespassing," and called 911. To make matters worse, she then threatened me by stating, "By the way, I'm licensed to carry, just so you know" veiled gun violence threatening simply because she was called out for a missing order of fries. I ended up calling the police myself to report this because it is entirely ridiculous and dangerous. I was officially trespassed from this location all because I tried to help a customer get the food they paid for after this staff messed up the order. Management here is completely unhinged, hostile, and a liability.…

how to come on here and share experience. After a long day at work, I chose to treat myself to Taco Bell, and I was thankfully given the nicest cashier ever, Narcissus! I believe this is my second time having her as my cashier and she is just the nicest human being ever and exactly the energy I needed after a really long shift. My food was perfect and delicious and I Can’t thank the Taco Bell team enough!!! love this location!!

Bad service, clueless management, missing menu signs. But the 🌮 🌮 🌮 👍

The food here is good but only if you go inside to order it. If you do doordash or go through the drive-thru they don't care and it's always messed up. The sour cream will only be on half of it but not the rest or you order no tomatoes and it will have tomatoes on it. Once you get home with your order ( or once its delivered to you) its hardly edible because the shell is falling apart or the ingredients have run off the side and its mushy. If you want your order correct and edible you have to go inside to order. Then theres the service, you have to use the kiosk bcus they dont take orders anymore. They arent friendly or welcoming to customers and the last time I was in there the girl working drive-thru must have been having a bad day because she was cussing and slamming things and management didn't stop her or step in in any way shape or form and it was very uncomfortable and unprofessional.

Don't listen to the hours. They are incorrect. Went at 2:30 am for some food inside and their doors were locked.
-
I've only eaten inside here once when I did it was pretty clean depending on who's working if they know how to work the kiosk or not for instance my husband had two cards to pay with and they couldn't figure out how to do it and it was a big order my husband got pretty upset and left because all you need to do is split the order and pay with one card and pay with the other but nobody can figure out how to do that instead they made a rude remark saying they don't have updated systems we've gone here before and depending on who's working there they're great adamantly we get fresh food each time .

Lady on the intercom at drive through at around 9:40pm on May 1st, 2026 was rude as can be, rushed the order when I tried telling her what I wanted on the burritos and asked “what type of burrito?” when I was trying to make a custom one not the already listed one, the burritos are small when I thought burritos are supposed to be big but these are as small as a normal soft taco. We had to turn around for our second pintos and cheese when we were charged for 2. Very disappointed in the crew tonight. Especially after a long stressful day at work I didn’t need this headache and stress and being ripped off on the burritos sized like normal soft tacos and are not filled enough. The hard taco shells on the mini taco salad is stale and the one pintos and cheese doesn’t have any cheese in it.

Amazing drive through customer service!

Don't waste your time or money. Make your own tacos at home! Taco supreme was not supreme.

Went inside to grab my online order and the store was clean and the crew was working fast to fill the drive thru and pick up orders. They were communicating with each other and making sure the pick up customers got the right order. Great team work guys! Love to see this.
