The lady at the drive thru window was rude to me for no reason. Very unpleasant experience so I won’t be going back to this location.

I stopped in to this location 3 times in the last 9 days. I work in the area and I prefer Wendy's to most other Burger restaurants. To summarize my experience with this location it hasn't been very good at all. On my first visit I what did the spicy chicken sandwich they said it was new trust me there was nothing new about this I think it was older than I am. I was hungry I ate what I could and threw the rest away, that's not something I like to do with almost $8 sandwich! On my second visit I got a biggie bag, everything was cold turn the french fries were not edible, the french fries were soggy dried out and disgusting! The chicken nuggets were kind of really not good I take hold and tasted like they were laying around the while and the double stack again what is cold and dry and sitting around a while. Today is my last visit at this Wendy's. I highly recommend that the owner play district manager who's ever in charge monitors this location much more closely because in the words I was a famous poet does Wendy's sucks! I gave it two stars but really it deserved one but I don't want to be mean hearted as I said what I had to say and these words hit hard because the truth hurts.

Hopefully they're able to hire people who actually want to work the only issue is sometimes we go through here not too often because items are not fresh but when you do get the items fresh they taste great depending on who's working

This is by far my favorite Wendy's location. There's one actually closer to my house, but I prefer this one. The food is always hot and tasty. I've never once been disappointed during any of my times here. I also want to give a shout out to the manager. He is always professional and attentive. You can really tell he cares about his team and that this isn't "just a job" to him. I will always come to this location over any other! Thank you to your wonderful, hardworking employees!

Not worth the price all these restaurants are a waste of money 4 sandwiches and 2 fries 48 dollars pretty good though and the company is to cheap to offer any coupons

We ordered a spicy chicken meal and a 4 p nugget and baked potato. They sent out the nuggets and chicken sandwich meal. Waited 20 mins for the baked potato. Asked about it and was told just a minute. 10 mins later my friend was still waiting for her order (30 min have now gone by. I then told the staff I do not want the baked potato and walked out i did even ask for my money back. 5mins later they finally got my friends order done at this point she asked for it to go got back in the car and they got her order wrong . We were not They only customers that had ordered after us that they has issues with there orders too. Good luck with your orders there.

The service was very slow. But the food was good. A little confusing to get in and out.

I’ve given this location more chances than it deserves. Every time my orders aren’t as asked for. You would think making a plain bacon cheeseburger burger would be easier because less ingredients but they still add all the toppings and wrap it carelessly with everything half falling out. Just like today’s burger. To make things worse the baked potato wasn’t even cooked a the way through. It was mostly solid and just smothered in cheese

You guys are doing it right! I was greeted by a manager upon entry. My order was taken quickly and professionally with follow up questions to clarify product toppings. Overall a great experience!

Everything's okay, staff is nice. Restaurant is nice.The only thing I would say is you need to have a custodial company.Come in and deep, clean the restrooms.The walls are covered with scum.It's disgusting.

Excellent experience at Wendy’s. The service was fast, friendly, and very professional. The hamburger was delicious, juicy, and perfectly made. I also tried the strawberry Sprite, and it was absolutely refreshing and amazing. Definitely a place worth coming back to. Highly recommended! 🍔🥤

Placed an order on 3/8/26, and almost every item had issues. 2x orders of cheese fries had bacon added to them. Forgot 3 piece chicken tenders. 2 stars because the food that was prepared properly was good Tried to call the store shortly after arriving home with the order and got no answer. Won't be back.
