Honestly, I haven't been to McDonalds for quite sometime. I was in the mood for French fries and they are still tasty and I was happy. The location was convenient, store was quiet and calm. They made my drive home more tasty than other possible choices. Nice choice this time.

Ordered a big Mac and lg. fries. Nice and simple. After 15 minutes,finally get my food. Drive 3 miles home,to discover there's only one patty on my big Mac. Drive all the way back,ask for a manager,and this young lady turns with this disgusting look on her face,slowly,walks over to me,and says"you need somthin?"I explain what happened,they give me a new burger,and I tell them ide like some new fries also.after 4 sets of eye rolls,they finally gave them to me ..I read some of the reviews,McDs always says they'll look into it,but this restaurant has been this way for quite awhile. So keep your corporate link. I just won't be back.

I work overnight at a vet clinic, there are days i rely on the fast food places that are open at certain times of the night. ive ordered from this mcdonalds 2-3 times now. the first time i ordered from them, i got it through uber and they had a bogo deal for 2, 10 piece chicken nuggets for the price of one, got me a drink and some fries to go with it. when my order arrived, i had no straw for my drink, they didnt give me my fries, and they shorted me a nugget. They had also forgotten my sauces that i asked for. As much as i understand that some days or worse then others so i forgave this location and decided that i wanted to give them another try. So i ordered again. chicken nuggets, fries, and drink. I paid for some sauce because i love their ranch and wanted to try out a new sauce. got my order, again through uber, no straw, got my fries and my nuggets, but i had no sauce. I felt at this point that i couldnt believe that they basically stole the money i paid for to get my sauces, granted i understand it was $1.80, but the principle of it is that theres a consistent pattern of the night shift doesnt really care to make sure everything is in the bag. I keep telling myself to stop ordering from here, but i dont have many opens and it sucks that i have to deal with it because of my work hours. night crew, please do better!!

I believe in McDonald's only

Employees too busy chatting and catching up with friends. Overall unprofessional workers who consistently get orders wrong or “forget” items ordered.

They put fish sauce on my double quarter pounder by accident and it was actually pretty good!

How do you forget an ENTIRE PATTY on a double quarter pounder??

I ordered TWO BIG BREAKFASTS AND THESE PPL GAVE NOTHING BUT TWO HASHBROWNS AND A OATMEAL IN THE BAG !!! I’m usually very careful about checking the bags before I leave but the ONE TIME I DONT CHECK AND 70% IS MISSING! DO BETTER MCDONALDS I SPENT ALMOST $50 THIS IS RIDICULOUS

Worst McDonald's on lake county. Consistently takes forever, always sent to the third window to wait 20 minutes while line of cars behind you get their order.

Multiple times now ordering from here, every time im missing an item and one of my items are made incorrectly. EVERY TIME. They clearly have a bunch of lazy workers who dont pay attention. Its not that hard to make an order correctly especially when theres a litteral screen in ur face telling you the orders. Yall suck get sum new workers or something plain and simple.

I ordered a side big mac sauce so I can eat my double I order like a big Mac I hate the meat middle bun to be charged to not get it. I'm on lunch you wait drive back to the office for it not to be in there lady at the counter was rude ignored me my food wasn't on the metal bend keeping warm on the counter it was cold and wrong not happy I usually like this place go daily I may go to Wendy's instead they at least get my order right and food is not cold

Typical McDonald's anymore. Food is ok, service subpar. Most times, the person working drive thru should not be, no personality, rarely a greeting.

The food and employees are awesome, but the environment is just bad, there is always a few flies around the place when I come to this McDonald's.

The girl at the counter made my mcflurry super small and when I asked about it she gave me an attitude. One star in my book

Could not understand a word the lady was saying taking my order. She asked me 5 times what my order was. We got our order and it was completely wrong.

Fries are NEVER fully cooked. McDonald's years ago had the best fries anywhere. No more. Cook the dang fries longer.. Cook everything fresher. You prices are no longer family friendly. The quality had better improve

3 different times I ordered chicken strips and got chicken nuggets. Then when the do give me the strips the give me one order instead of two. Im tired of spending $13. To not get what I pay for

Came to this location on 4/30/26 @ around 10am Staff was so loud, arguing, cursing and being very unprofessional making it a hostile environment and very uncomfortable. On top of that they can’t even throughly cook the hash browns. My hash brown was half cooked and cold in some areas. To the manager please be mindful of who’s running your business. Who knows maybe it was the manager being unprofessional! Geesh
