This location always gets your order wrong! You pay for 4 they give you 2. You order without something, they give you double. Do not go here, and if you do double check your order, I guarantee they got it wrong!

Service is extremely slow, waited approximately 25 minutes to pickup food. Don't recommended, if want timely service

very consistently good, one of my regular stops for breakfast. the team is very efficient and they've never made a mistake with my orders.

How is a 24hr fast food place closed at 9:30pm for "cleaning"? That's just the time we tried to go, who knows how long it's been closed prior. A sign notifying ppl would have worked wonders. Why such a high traffic time? Why not at like 2 in the morning for that kind of crap?

This has to be the worst McDonald's I ever went to, at this point I don't know how it still open. I ordered a double cheeseburger add mayo and a regular McChicken. The guy asked me on the intercom three times to confirm my order and then when I get to the window he asked me again. I get home and I had a spicy chicken and a McDouble with nothing on it instead of a double cheeseburger add mayo. Every time I go to this location I have a problem, order one sandwich and they have to pull you up to the side and wait 15 minutes ECT. At this point they need to just shut this place down because it is horrible.

200 billion dollar company that charges extra for sauce, what a joke.

Restroom is intentionally out of order every single day. They don't want to clean the bathroom that's why it's always out of order. They used to have the tea sitting out front. And now they must of took it in the back so if you wanna refill your tea, you have to ask every time. Just don't think this place believes in water because they have no water in the front where the machine is nor do they sell water bottles it seems.. this have to be one of the craziest mcds I've seen thus far.... will not be coming back. You've been warned!!

We get in line to order our food get to the first window and no one is there to take the payment for the food. Cool so we go to the second window expecting to pay and get the food but the lady at the second window said she need cash and couldn’t run the card to the other window to pay. It wasn’t my fault had their workers been in place we wouldn’t have had this problem. Customer service was unprofessional.

Everything about this McDonald's sucks I ordered extra onions on my burger and asked for my frys hot everything was cold the ac machine was broke the girl at the front knee how to run the front like a bag of rocks the manager was like it's 4.50$ bruh to the old guy behind me that didn't know how to use the kiosk everybody here needs to be let go and work a job they can do cus apparently nobody here knows how to do anything.

Pulled up to the drive through only you have there employee come on the speaker still talking and laughing with people inside. I asked if he was talking too me and there was a long pause before he asked if I wanted to use my app. I said that I couldn't understand him. And then he never came back on the speaker, so we just left and went to the McDonald's in Lake Mary. It looked like the employees were telling people to leave without giving them any food.

They need to train on how to manage a two lane drive thru. I sat on one side and they took the order of 4 other cars on the other lane.. that came after me. I come here a lot and this happens frequently.

Second time in a week ive had to leave the curbside and walk inside to get food. First time was a computer issue which is understandable but now its taken 14 minutes for a medium fry and two drinks. Drive thru also doesnt go by who's in line first.

Just close the damn drive thru. Sick of being sent to curbside and waiting 10 minutes when there's not a single car behind me. Poor service just for cheating drive thru metrics.

Came in this morning 4-12-2026 around 7am. Ordered two meals one with a soft drink one with an ice coffee. I got the drinks quick but not the food. Waited for about 15min and after the 2-3 employees giving me looks like I’m some crazy person I finally left. Being I was the only customer inside I felt they should’ve realized them messed up but just acted like I was a problem. Almost $20 wasted thanks
