Being coming here for years. The food, staff and service is always great!

This was our fourth time, and it keeps getting better. Chelsea, our sever was a joy, and Niko, the manager stepped up for our special request (special chocolate fondue). I can’t get enough of this place. Well done!

It's honestly impressive how badly our server managed to ruin what should have been a straightforward dining experience. I believe his name was Alex. The biggest issue happened immediately. We clearly informed him at the start of the meal that my girlfriend has a fish and shellfish allergy. He assured us he would take care of it. Minutes later, he was about to add Worcestershire sauce to our cheese despite that warning. My girlfriend had to stop him herself and ask, "Doesn't that contain fish?" His response was simply, "Yes." Had she not caught it, he would have knowingly served an allergen after being explicitly informed about the allergy. That is not a minor mistake—it's a serious safety issue. This was especially disappointing because we were celebrating our 3-year anniversary, and I've had excellent experiences at other Melting Pot locations. Unfortunately, this visit was completely overshadowed by the service we received from Alex. Beyond the allergy incident, he was inattentive for the entire meal. He barely spoke to us and seemed annoyed whenever we asked for anything. During dessert, we requested extra blondies because they're our favorite part of the chocolate course. Rather than accommodating a simple request, he acted as if we were asking him to personally pay for them. His response was condescending, smug, and clearly irritated. He then brought out only two tiny pieces. When we politely asked for more, he seemed even more bothered, muttered another reluctant…

I had a chocking experience that scared me to death, but THANK YOU to NICO he littery saved my life. Forever grateful!

I recently visited The Melting Pot and had such a great experience. The food was really good, and everything came out fresh and flavorful. The service was honestly one of the best parts of the night. Our waitress was so kind, patient, and helpful. She answered all of our questions and made sure we were comfortable the entire time. We were celebrating my mom’s birthday, and they made it feel really special by giving her a birthday card and a treat, which was such a thoughtful touch. The restaurant itself was also very clean and had a nice atmosphere that made the experience even better. Overall, we had an amazing time and really enjoyed ourselves. Between the great food, excellent service, and thoughtful birthday surprise, I would definitely go back again and recommend it to others.

Went to celebrate a family members birthday! As always enjoyed the array of options for food and the fonduing! Our server Madison was wonderful friendly, offered good suggestions and very attentive! Really the only downside was the extremely loud obnoxious rude table behind us, but otherwise a nice evening.

Were there for mothers day! Food was great, but Julia the server made it better she was awesome! Friendly,polite and professional! Just a great experience with her!

Love this place, been coming every year on my birthday and will continue to do so. Ive never had an issue with this location, the only thing that is annoying are actually the actual customers them selves, you can hear conversations and the people that come here are most rude ,clearly their first day on earth. Ive heard complaints when the issue is the one actually complaining. Never had an issue literally enjoyed every minute food is priced great for the amount of food and service and atmosphere its the whole deal worth the price .i hope all employees and especially Servers are treated with more respect in the future because it's not hard to be kind.

We came for our 25th wedding anniversary and when we arrived the very kind young man at the front walked us to the most wonderful table in a private area. Beautiful rose petals all over the table, chocolate covered strawberries, and a nice card, but was even more exceptional was our server Amanda, who was very attentive to our needs and seem to be working very hard all over the restaurant, but still making sure our Needs were met. The food was amazing and this was the best anniversary dinner

Very nice experience, food and service was awesome.

There were 12 of us, all women, on a busy Saturday night. Our servers were Chris & Matt and they were amazing, so helpful, on top of it with giving us great service. We were there for 3.5 hrs. and they never let are drinks go empty, cleared our table after every course, so polite, such great service. The food was so good. We'll be back!

Had dinner with the wife there last night! Everything was perfect as usual, but I wanted to make sure our waitress was complimented. Her name was Julia and she was the reason it was 5 star! Very attentive, personable. She is one of the best waitresses I have had in a long time! Thank you for making our evening even more special.

Great experience from start to finish. The cheese fondue was delicious, the entrées were cooked perfectly, and the chocolate fondue was the perfect ending. Cozy atmosphere and excellent service. Highly recommend.

I really enjoyed my experience at the melting pot tonight. The food was delicious and my server, Chelsea, did a fabulous job recommending cheeses and broths to me. The fiesta cheese as my fondue to start and finishing up with duck was exactly what I needed to end my night. Chelsea, you deserve 20 gold stars and a raise my friend. MVP TO YOU QUEEN <3
