Community Rating
Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
Sorted by date, these 18 reviews trend upward. Opinion on service is split — those reviews land at 3.0 on average. After that, whether food comes out hot appears most often — 22% of the corpus, averaging 4.0.
If you had to pick one number to represent this corpus it would be 5, the most frequently given rating (10 reviews). Coverage here reaches back to Dec 2025 and forward to Jun 2026. A third strand, how long an order takes, appears in 22% of them at 4.0 stars.
The health record runs ahead of the reviews. The last DBPR inspection returned an A (96/100) with 1 intermediate and 1 basic violations. DBPR last walked in on January 26, 2026. That puts it ahead of 67% of graded kitchens in Seminole County. The citations behind that grade include handwash sinks accessible and employee personal belongings.
The weak part of this listing is the experience, not the sanitation — those are different failures. Everything above is computed from the 18 reviews reproduced below.

I order online & pick up Thursday around 7 pm in drive thru & let me tell you something, McDonald's should definitely take notes from these ppl!!! Food was ready when I got there. Literally would've just "drove thru" but had to add to my order & that was done in less than a min. Staff friendly & courteous. Ppl are always quick to complain but rarely give credit when it's deserved. As an ex fast food manager, GREAT JOB 👍

I was standing around trying to get the app to download all the employees were very attentive and the manager was very generous! Thanks again!

This is one of my fav Taco Bells. Everything is fresh, service is quick, and everyones super nice.

This location is usually decent but I have noticed issues in portioning. Pictures below depict a triple double crunch wrap supreme which has a decent amount of meat usually, not in this instance as well as other instances with different menu items.

Got the new cantina chicken wrap the one that’s like the quesadilla holy moley it was just great who ever made it I hope you get a raise thank you for making my food

Very friendly staff

Stood at the counter for more than five minutes without so much as a hello from any of the employees walking past… Good for you Taco Bell if you decided to move to a kiosk, only layout, But maybe you should require your employees to direct customer customers to set kiosk and informed them that that’s the only way to place an order, rude. One of them be gradually offered to help me after I asked for help, At the kiosk, I had already already grown frustrated with… Like at that point just take my order… Pretty disappointed this is the Taco Bell. I moved in right next-door to. Also if you’re requiring customers to use your nasty kiosk, then you should be required to provide hand sanitizer or equivalent near it 🤮

Food was hit fast and fresh

The mini taco salad is very good. Also the dip with chips. Very filling and a good way to make the dollars stretch

So This location is very unique and that is a compliment. The drive through is not simplified because of environmental conditions. Kyara answered my phone call and guided me to a purchase without hesitation. I asked common questions and she answered correctly Thank you Kyara And yes the order was perfect!

Drive thru very accommodating

Some of the worst food I’ve gotten in a long time. Ordered two regular crunchy tacos with extra ground beef. I couldn’t get through the first taco. Even my dog said no to the other taco. Wasted $6 for two bad tasting tacos.
-
whatever you want they don't have, most comical Taco Bell in existence LMAO
-
Not during lunch rush! Not 1 clean table, no cashier, no receipt, no way to pay with cash, no name tags, RUDE person who brought the order to me. Won't be back even though the food was ok. Terrible experience.
-
Worst taco Bell location in the Central Florida Region not only do they always mess up on the food order and it’s always cold. Their staff is immature and disrespectful, including their store manager Nicole, who tries to protect her employees By letting them not wear name badges and then when you have a complaint and ask for the employee’s name, she just says use my name. It’s a Taco Bell’s management. Y’all need to look at Nicole in her store and start making changes.

I have a Taco Bell about 5 mins from me but I drive about 10 just to come to this location! Every single time the taco shells are perfect and it all tastes so fresh! And the workers are sooo kind!🤍
-
Don't go here unless you like meat painted on a shell full of lettuce. Happened several times when I got the boxes. I will never give Taco Bell my money again!!! There actually was no meat in crunch wrap.
-
Ordered on uber eats and whoever assembled the boxes needs better training. I understand being in a rush and being busy etc but they put the ingredients of the two different boxes all mixed together so I literally thought my entire order was missing, random tacos in my box were my sisters and vice versa. Why do the employees not know the ingredients of their own boxes?
