A $5 biggie meal has now been cut in half. You used to get a small burger, small fires, chicken nuggets and small drink. Now you get 2 choices Fast food in general are going to price themselves out of business. How about just making them all drive thru I went around 12PM and thought that it was closed Now I know why

The cookie dough frosty fusion is hands-down the best damn thing on the menu. I ate it like it was the last frosty on earth😤

Just stopped and ordered a #1 no mayo. I even watched them have a conversation about it. What did I get? Why a #1 with the mayo wiped off of it of course. 😂 What a joke and the young guy who made it was wearing manager name tag. Now I remember why this place is .08 miles from my house and it's only the second time I've ever been there.

They had us pull into a parking spot for 10 min so they could “make everything fresh.” Then they proceeded to bring out all three orders where not one single item was actually hot.

Went for the free fry and frosty deal after work and they said it was from 2-5 and turned me away, while on the Wendy’s website it says it’s all day. Disappointed

This place just needs to be re done. I ordered a salad and the lettuce wasn't fresh and they gave me a bag of croutons that was all crushed up.

Went to get a baconator meal and was given a double cheeseburger instead. Extremely disappointed

The honey butter chicken biscuit was awesome.And the service was so fast. Would recommend to y'all

Don’t go here. Some of the fries today tasted like soap or chemicals. I wouldn’t allow my children to eat it. Also I asked for a double stack with bacon and it had one piece of bacon. So I brought it back in and they “remade it” instead of getting the cabin double stack I got a sandwich with one piece of meat lettuce and tomato… waste of $35especially with the fries tasting like cleaner/chemicals 😩

This Altamonte Springs location at Boston Ave is great

I normally don't have issues with this place during the day but during the night especially by around 11pm the crew has been refusing to take orders ignoring or just hiding, the other night (the schedule says open till 12AM) when I went there by around 11:30pm the open sign was still glowing but they refused to talk through the drive thru, and did the same to the person behind me as well, I went around the store and an employee was smoking so I asked him if there was somebody taking orders and he said they are probably on break. They have been doing this a lot lately I think with the intention of starting the process to close the store earlier, this is usually with the night young guys (kids) crew when they do this to me I go to the Wendy's on 436 and the hospital by the publix. Those kids need to get fired they are very bad for business. Update: Now they have been doing the same thing even at 10pm, Just don't bother going to this place after 10pm, a very lazy night crew! You can see the guy walking inside the store and he won't bother to give you an explanation why they are not taking care of customers. (Negative - 5 stars)

The new Spanish Dude who works in the mornings now, is rude and I want the other Spanish Manager back, he was sweet and he knew my order and doesn't lie about things.

Why have the open sign on when the facility is not open......I make the trip to get a good breakfast and get nothing. 😑
