i’m really only been having fried mushrooms here because I couldn’t find a place near me that had them until recently can’t vouch for much more. Haven’t had much time just grabbing a quick order of mushrooms to go and they are doing the trick.

If the only thing missing from your day is diarrhea try the Padres special, but you know what sometimes Padre needs some help 🚻

Great food, staff was amazing.

I've seen this establishment growing up and finally had a chance to try it. It was a little after 1 pm on a weekday and they were very busy. It was 45 mins after I placed the order before I could get there, and the sub was not ready when I arrived. I was told also, that they do not drop the fries until you actually arrive, so a little tip if you're in a rush, would be to leave in the notes when ordering that the fries can me made ahead of time. The Philly was good. It lacked some salt and pepper, but the waffle fries made up for it. A little over $20 for a whole Philly and large fries. Not bad. My only complaint would be the lady at the pick up window was not very friendly. Politely asking for an extra paper bag to put my current oil soaked bag in seemed to inconvenience her. It dropped out of her hand while handing it to me from the window and she didn't acknowledge it nor made the effort to pick it up. I will blame it on the lunch rush.

I lived near Maitland Fl in the late 70’s early eighties and visited kappys often with my mom and sister , I was pleasantly surprised to see they were still doing business today and enjoyed a hotdog with my grandsons still fantastic

I love this place I just recently visited and I'm so glad that it wasn't shut down by the evil landlord. The kappys cheese steak was soooo good. I will definitely be coming back

First time there and excellent! Fresh hamburger was delicious!! Steak hoagie, everything was fresh and the people that run it are down to earth and very nice! Will be back! Ty guys!

You will never find a better Sub, hotdogs, steak or burger 🍔 🍔. This was the first place that I ever eat a sub in the late 60's. No one compares to Kappy's cool place to eat. EO
