What diners say — our read

The inspection says one thing about this kitchen, and a minority of reviewers say another. How guests are treated is the sore point: those reviews average 2.8. The state of the room is the next most common subject, in 38% of reviews (averaging 3.0).

The split is 10 positive to 9 negative across 22 rated reviews, with 3 in the middle. Behind those, wait times is raised in 21% of reviews (3.0 average). 1 star is the modal score, given by 7 of the 22 reviewers who rated.

On the inspection side the picture is cleaner: DBPR graded this kitchen an A (100/100) with no violations cited. Whatever the reviews argue about, sanitation is not the weak point. That inspection was on February 5, 2026. On health score it sits safer than 100% of the Orange County restaurants we grade. No violations were recorded at that visit, which is the cleanest result available.

If whether it is worth the money is what you care about, the reviews are the better guide here; if it is the kitchen, the grade is. Read the originals below and judge the pattern yourself.

Run. Anywhere else. I’m not sure the hotel has ever heard of air conditioning. The lobby is almost as warm as outside. Despite checking in almost 2 hours late, our room wasn’t ready. The room they gave us? Wasn’t cleaned at all. Women’s undergarments laying on the bedroom floor, no bedding for the pull-out couch, palmetto bugs in the sliding door tracks, mold and dirt in the bathroom, and no remote for one of the bedrooms. And then, between the suite we had and the room they gave us as an attempted comp (for a non-working AC), 2 of the 4 units actually cooled, not including the “free” room. But, since we were in so late and then out so early, we dealt with it and just slept…less clothed. Even after reporting both when we had time (we were in for a sports tournament, had very little time to actually be at the hotel and less time to deal with moving rooms), there was absolutely no remedy or resolution they would approve since we slept there. Yet another Marriott run hotel that cares about nothing other than getting and keeping their money. And honestly, as a former Marriott employee, I should have known better than to stay at one. But sometimes convenience beats price. Next time, it won’t. Oh by the way, no mention ahead of time that the restaurant on site is closed to be renovated. And the bar has like 4 entrees on the menu. The only good thing was the lobby door opened every time you walked toward it and they have TVs with the games on, so there’s that I guess. Pitiful.

Very clean rooms! Very stylish! Front desk service is topnotch and extremely helpful! Will return again!

The one star is for a couple reasons: staff walked around spraying chemical perfumes in the air, terrible for anyone but especially for respiratory sensitivity. Secondly, they did upgrades like new facing on walls and new carpet but the hotel is dingy and unkempt, low quality. Lipstick on a pig basically. Staff are indifferent but there to help if absolutely necessary.

Update: they did get me a room early. Not until later in the day, but sooner than the 3pm estimate. I'm grateful I was able to take a shower before heading out to a meeting. To their credit the room was also clean. No complaints once I got checked in Got there early due to scheduling problems and couldn't be given my room early. The hotel couldn't have been full given how empty the lobby and parking lot were. Lobby was a horrible place to wait after 24 hours travel with no sleep. The whole thing is open glass skyline, in hot Florida, it felt so uncomfortable and hot. The mosquito problem in all of Florida didn't help. The water also tastes contaminated

Parking is $20, and will be included in your bill. I was NOT told that by the gentleman who checked me in, so sharing the info here to ensure you don’t make the same mistake as me and pay $40 per entry. Hotel is among the cheapest for the Bonvoy group in the area. So you get for what you pay. Overall nothing too bad other than the A/C which was loud and not cooling enough. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Minus one star because the gentleman who checked me did not only missed to share with me an important info, by could not be bothered to even say “hello” when I greeted him.

The room was dirty and the bathroom was low on bath soap. When we reported it nothing was ever done to compensate us for sleeping in a dirty room and the AC was hot all night. Housekeeping came up and handed us the body soap that went on the wall with an attitude and left. We asked the front desk to have a manager call us and we have yet to hear anything. The room was ADA and that was unacceptable. I will make sure to escalate this beyond Sheraton.

Do not stay at the Sheraton Orlando North Hotel. Upon check in at the hotel, I was notified that there was a $21 fee for parking even though I selected a special deal for free parking when I booked the room online. I spoke with the manager who was totally unhelpful and offered no assistance or customer service at all. I. After going back and forth with the manager for a long time, he was offering zero assistance so I had to jump through the hoops myself to confirm that the free parking deal was still valid and then showed proof to the manager. The manager then told me that there would be no charge for parking. Even though the manager told me that there was no charge for parking, I was stuck with a $21 parking fee upon checkout. I feel that the manager only cared about getting $21 for parking instead of providing any level of help or customer service even though I am a Marriot Bonvoy Club member. He was very robotic in nature and did not offer in any way to help me. He could have easily said, "It looks like there is some mix-up when the room was booked, let me see if I can help." Instead, he kept repeating "$21 " and did nothing. The bathroom in our room was very dirty. There was a broken counter top that had a huge chip missing providing a sharp edge. The soap tray was broken almost in half and there was dirty spots all over the walls of the bathroom. The bathroom faucet was loose and freely moved when turning on and off the water. The area around the ice machine was…

Good location, nice pool, and quiet. Front desk staff and maintenance was very helpful and friendly. Had an issue with our blackout curtain when we checked in and front desk was helpful and maintenance was quick to respond and fix the problem. Only real complaint is that the AC unit in the room is quite loud and doesn't seem super effective at getting the room down to temp because it runs constantly

    Super clean and wonderful service!

Bar staff was rude, room AC very loud. Great location!

We stayed from June 5th - June 7th, 2026. The hotel is beautiful, clean and the staff is very nice. Our room was very nice, clean. My only complaints are the AC in the morning was not very cold, the coldest was 76 fahrenheit, at night got a little cooler. I called for service twice. I think the reason the room was not very cold was because in the morning the sun was hitting the window. The bathroom was very nice my only complaint was the shower did not have a function shower system it has a shower head and is missing a hand shower. For us ladies, a hand shower provides a targeted water control, detaching the head gives you control to rinse off shampoo or body quickly. The breakfast at the hotel was wonderful and the service was amazing. Over all the hotels is very clean, nice and the pool area is super nice, needs more shade and someone to come often and service drinks and refreshments .

Charged $20 per night parking. NOBODY told me that when I checked in. They asked if I’d be parking, didn’t say it would be charged. Terrible business plan to lie to customers.

Lovely experience for my first visit to Florida

  • May 31, 2026

Older hotel but very comfortable and safe

  • May 30, 2026

Hotel is a bit run down or atleast the room I was in was (433) smelled so strongly of dogs I spent the 4hrs I was there sneezing and then was charged 21.50 for that 4hrs of parking

Clean, convenient, great drinks at the Lobby Bar 1904. Friendly front desk staff, inexpensive parking on property and quick in and out of I-4

They moved us. The air conditioner was so loud. We couldn't hear the tv. Moved us. Then the TV didn't work had to down to the desk. Called three times no answer. TV was fixed. Then $20 to park each night we stayed. Never told us to we got here. Just a little taken. We our on our last night tonight see how that goes. We spent three nights.

Room was clean and bed was very comphy. Jacuzzi wasn't working- no heat nor jets. They seemed surprised so it leads me to believe they dont test the water everyday or they'd know. Young gal at front desk was rude. Not looking to help. Just matter of fact Yes or No answers. Restaurant on property is closed. Apparently, there is a bar that offers food. I was told that and walked 15min to an open restaurant. The area is in a "business district" so restaurants close at 2:30pm/3pm. There is an Indian restaurant that was great tasting and I'd go back. So, points needed was low and I wasn't there for a vacation. But, would be nice to be treated respectfully n offer service. Also, be prepared to travel for anything to eat.

Checked in. Very easy. Asked about the free breakfast, found out it was $25.00 per person. Didn't know we had to pay $20 per night to park my car. A/C was so loud that we couldn't hear the tv. Went down to complain and was given a very nice room. 2nd night we wanted to watch TV after we visited our grandkids. TV won't work. Called front desk. Tried for 15 minutes. No one answered. Had to walk down to see if anyone was working. Still waiting to watch TV. 1 hour later. Went to hold the bar on the elevator and the wall that it was attached to fell of the frame of the elevator. Had to walk through 5 floors if the hotel to find an ice machine. Not very happy with this hotel. Won't stay here again.

Scams you out of your incidental fees by making you pay for parking that they say is free with your room card, $20 per night, parking is not free, very poor service. No microwave in the room and if you want one they charge you for it. No free breakfast, you pay for that too.

  • May 25, 2026

Stayed from a Fri-Sun. Reported water soaked carpet on the whole side of the room from the second bed to the sliding glass door Saturday morning. Even though we were told mainentance would come, we never heard anything from anyone. Didn’t even come look at it or offer to move us to another room. A friend who was also staying there reported her a/c stopped working in the middle of the night and the mattress was so hard she went to Wal-Mart and bought a mattress cover.

  • May 24, 2026

    Good breakfast, good rooms

  • May 21, 2026

The rooms leave much to be desired. The hotel lobby and other accommodations need updating. I had an unpleasant first night in the hotel involving pests. I gave the front desk an opportunity to make it right and the staff handled the situation with flying colors. The night supervisor was kind, understanding and made things right by getting me a new room that they guaranteed I wouldn't have the same issue in. This location is ideal for our company as it is within walking distance to our office.
