I had a great experience at Blaze Pizza, and I have to give a huge shout-out to Tex! My free Verizon coupon for an 11-inch, 2-topping pizza wasn't working, and instead of brushing it off, Tex was patient, kind, and determined to help me figure it out. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, and his positive attitude made the whole experience so much better. Great customer service is hard to find these days, but Tex truly delivered. He was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure I left happy. The pizza was delicious, but the outstanding customer service is what will keep me coming back. Blaze Pizza is lucky to have someone like Tex on their team. Thank you for turning a frustrating situation into such a positive experience! 🍕👏

Clean restaurant, Great pizza and staff every time

If you have any allergies I would not eat here. Everything is cross contaminated. No meatballs is a big red flag also. Not to mention a take 2 costs more at dinner when it's the same product. They are making you pay for their staff for the dinner shift.

In our first time here it was super easy to order. We got two large pizzas and we were three. Staff is super friendly and attentive manager was on top of everything. Clean venue and plenty of options. Extremely reasonable prices. You can get drinks from regular fountain ones. Pellegrino or beer. It is great that it was open late and it's a nice atmosphere for a quick bite. Plenty of space to sit down. Highly recommend

Horrible Experience! Went there for the first time almost closing time and Ben the manager was pressure washing the ingredients bar with droplets from cleaning the floor getting all over the ingredients bar. Just plain disgusting for a manager to be doing that. He should be sent back to training. He should know better. Asked for my money back and did not want to eat that disgusting pizza. Highly unsanitary and should be closed down! No wonder the entire country has a norovirus epidemic.

Delicious pizza, friendly staff, clean eatablishment.

Love Blaze pizza. I have a child with lots of allergies and he is able to eat their gluten free pizza which is a real blessing to have another reasaurant to eat at.

Love it. Always quick crowd pleaser, even for a sit down after the beach. White sauce chicken bacon ricotta feta tomato or try something with the roasted garlic.

It was our first visit here, great friendly customer service. We did the half and half and we both got a salad and half of an 11-inch pizza and both were very good. We would definitely come back again.

The service was excellent! Our pizzas were delivered to our table, piping hot and absolutely DELICIOUS! So pleased to know we will receive superb service from this location like we do at our hometown location in Knoxville, TN.

This was my first time there. I was skeptical by the assembly-line setup, BUT was pleasantly surprised. Service was informative, friendly and helpful and the food was wonderful. I will be back!

I came in, not knowing it was a chain situation, but came out pleasantly surprised at the quality of the pizza! Staff was very helpful too!
