Community Rating
Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
People either love this place or they do not, and the ratings show it. Service tends to be raised approvingly here, averaging 4.4 stars.
One subject never comes up here: how clean the place looks. If you had to pick one number to represent this corpus it would be 5, the most frequently given rating (16 reviews). Newer reviews score better than older ones (4.0 recent against 3.5 earlier), so direction is worth weighing alongside the average.
The inspection lands in between as well: DBPR graded this kitchen a B (89/100), citing 1 high-priority and 3 basic violations. DBPR last walked in on February 3, 2026. Across its inspection history the kitchen is improving, which argues for giving it the benefit of the doubt. That puts it ahead of 39% of graded kitchens in Brevard County. The citations behind that grade include plumbing installed & maintained.
This is a listing where the two measures each tell half the story. Read the originals below and judge the pattern yourself.

Nick, who handled my order, was a kind and professional. I left without giving a tip, and I apologize, I’ll be back to that wonderful Carrabbas again in a few days and make up for that tip. Great sandwich! Rob
-
Carrabba‘s is absolutely just the best food anywhere. I think what gifts at that Edge above others is the fact that it is Wood grilled.
-
The meatball appetizer is 2 small meatballs you'd get on your spaghetti. For the price, that is unacceptable and a joke.
-
Prices were crazy. Almost $9 for a side of asparagus. Chicken wasn't tender.
-
Had a wonderful lunch with my grandmother here! I ordered a Spritz that was delicious and a seasonal marinated cajun chicken that I could have eaten a thousand times again! We got a canoli cake to take home - which was probably the best dessert I have EVER had!! I love Carrabba's and will be returning soon! Will update with some photos soon!

I recently had a wonderful dinner at the Carrabba's in Suntree. From start to finish, the service was excellent and the food was truly top-tier. Everything tasted great, and the atmosphere was perfect for a relaxed meal. A major highlight for me was their 'take-home' meal offer for an additional $10—it’s a phenomenal deal and such a great value. If you haven't tried it, it’s definitely worth adding to your order. I am very happy with the experience and will certainly be back soon!

My date was subpar but everything else was awesome

We had a great experience at Carrabba’s Italian Grill. The food was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. The bread with olive oil was excellent, and the staff was friendly, attentive, and professional. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere and made the dining experience enjoyable from beginning to end. Definitely a great place to stop for a good Italian meal. Highly recommend! Gigi-Brevard Home Repairs & Renovations

I would like said thank you to Anthony for his special touch in customer service and his recommendations

We have eaten inside and also gotten curb side service. Both excellent, my husband was specially impressed by the curbside staff manners and willingness to be extra helpful placing food carfully on back seat for him. We love the staff and atmosphere in Melbourne also in Sebastian Fl. Two thumbs up 5*, thanks much everyone.

Everyone was really nice!
-
I can't say anything negative about the food or service, but for over $50 for lunch, I would hope to.
-
Very pleasant and enjoyable anniversay dinner for my wife and I. Good food, great service and a complimentary cheese cake dessert. Also took advantage of the $10 take home dinner.

Carryout only can only comment on food and service which was great 👍
-
The food was so so the service took forever. We have to live without the dessert...

Actually got curb service. Efficient and right on time.

First, The staff and manger were great- no issues there. The low rating is due to serving size. Yes, I realize shrinkflation is a thing-- and IMHO Carraba's went to far. They just aren't worth the price anymore. I realize the price includes salad, bread and regular sides.. AND I ordered the lamb chops at $33.99. They arrived at the table and were the size of lollipops. Each meat piece was no larger than a 50 cent coin. I talked to the manager who took it back and gave me the chicken trio for $30.99. And they are now about 5 bites each. I remember we used to get a half a breast. Now it's the size of a thigh. Hardly even enough for leftovers. Sorry Carraba's-- but I think it is time our 20 year relationship ends, I can find just as good food at several other places for $12 less per meal.

Always good!!!! The lunch menu is very reasonable.

I went to the location on Wickham Rd, and honestly, I don't think I've ever left my food almost completely untouched before. The pasta was terrible! It was overcooked, and it seemed like the cook had been strictly forbidden from using any seasonings or salt whatsoever!
-
GOT SICK!! Diarrhea , fettuccine,,, taste good,,, but I paid for it,, and it wasn't $$$$
-
Great food and an extremely attentive staff.
-

Did Another Order Today! You Continue to Impress! Ty! 4/9/2026 We did another order today & Its Been Consistently Great! WOW. I Cannot Say Enough To Convey How Happy We Are That It's Obvious Carrabbas is Back! I Say it's Back & Probably Has Been For a Long Time But We haven't Tried it Again in a While Due to Couple Years Ago having a Bad Experience HOWEVER, It's Better Now That It Could Ever Be. Literally This Food, the Order, the Courtesy, the Entire "Experience" & Btw, I Did A Curbside Pick Up Order. I Ordered, Hubby Picked it Up & We Just Cannot Say Enough Except Thank You To Everyone Who Worked to Put Our Order Together Including the Young man Who Brought Our Order to Our SUV. Wow. He Alone & Who Ever Cooked that Meal & Made Sure The Order Was Perfect, We Just Cannot Say Ty Enough. Even The Extras They Provided, Just Everything. We Ordered 2 Appetizers, Calamari & The Meatballs With Ricotta, The "Bowls" Of The Sicilian Chicken Soup, The Linguini Positano, Vegetarian, The Spaghetti With Meat Sauce & Meatballs & The Cannoli Cake for 2! Plus the Salads. Even The Salads Were Great! They Gave Us the Extra Cheese & Bread We Asked for & Again, I Believe in Telling People the Good & Bad & I Have. But WOW, They Seriously Out did Themselves! Ty So Much & I Now Am Signed Up to Do This Regularly & Already Earned Rewards & Since We Live So So Close, We WILL BE BACK!! TY Carrabbas! We Needed A Restaurant We Could Trust & This Is It! TY!
