What diners say — our read

The kitchen grades better than the reviews do. Opinion on how guests are treated is split — those reviews land at 3.0 on average. After that, speed of service appears most often — 23% of the corpus, averaging 2.7.

1 star is the modal score, given by 5 of the 13 reviewers who rated. Freshness and temperature shows up in 15% of reviews as well, averaging 3.5. The split is 5 positive to 8 negative across 13 rated reviews.

Against that, the kitchen inspects well — an A (100/100), nothing cited at the most recent DBPR visit. That inspection was on December 30, 2025. On health score it sits safer than 100% of the Brevard County restaurants we grade. Nothing was written up at that inspection at all.

Worth separating: the complaints above cluster on serving size, not on the kitchen, which inspected well. Everything above is computed from the 13 reviews reproduced below.

Ayla was our cashier. She did not listen correctly to our order and then it took forever for us to receive our basic drinks. There was not a lot of customers when we went in but a lot of workers. We were very disappointed.

Food came out quickly and fresh. Charles was amazing. He was so helpful and kind to my toddler as we dined in.

Really sick of this location forgetting items. I have to dig through the bag after going through the drive through or accept a 50-50 chance they forgot something.

Olivia Stevens is the kind of person who makes a real difference every single day she walks into Chick-fil-A. From the way she serves customers with genuine kindness to the way she treats every person with care and respect, Olivia impacts lives in ways that go far beyond simply doing her job. She creates an atmosphere that feels welcoming, uplifting, and sincere, and you can tell she truly cares about the people around her. What stands out most about Olivia is that her kindness feels intentional and authentic. She serves with joy, patience, and a heart for others, and it leaves a lasting impression on everyone she interacts with. Whether she realizes it or not, she is touching lives every day through her attitude, encouragement, and servant-hearted spirit. People leave better because of the way she treats them. Olivia is also a beautiful example of living out her faith. The way she carries herself reflects Christ in such a genuine and powerful way. Her humility, compassion, and consistency are a testimony to everyone around her. She represents what it looks like to serve others with love and excellence, and that kind of character is rare. She absolutely deserves a raise and recognition for the impact she makes. Employees like Olivia are what make a workplace special, and we truly need more people like her. She is a blessing to customers and coworkers alike, and Chick-fil-A is better because she’s there.

Gave me a PINCH of salad toppings. paying this much for lettuce and barely any toppings is pretty upsetting.

The service is fine. But it's a second time they "forgot" to put fries with my meal order. I ordered two meals and got only one order of fries. And those fries were stone cold.

Worst experience ever at this location! I was craving Chick-Fil-a and only work 2 miles away from the Wickham location. I put in my mobile order and left my job at 12:30 pm and set my 30 min break timer thinking I would have plenty of time to go through the drive thru get my food, drive back and have a little time to eat. This particular location has a specific 3rd lane for mobile orders. I pull in and I am maybe the 6th car but quickly move forward and become the first car. I sit and wait thinking it's going to be any min...eventually those min felt long and before I knew it, I has been sitting for 12 min with NO ONE coming to check on me. Mind you, there are 3 people out in the drive thru giving other cars their order. A few more min go by and a girl came over and asked me what my name was. I gave it to her. A few more min she comes back with a supervisor and says "mam, what did you order?" I showed her my email and she just walked away. Did not apologize or anything. While sitting and waiting, my 30 min alarm goes off! So now I am late returning to work and have to message my manager and apologize. When I received my food, it was not the supervisor walking it out but the young lady and all she had to say was "have a great day". So no apologies from anyone!! I love Chick-fil-a but I will never be going back to this location 😔
