CHILI'S BAR & GRILL MELBOURNE CH403

Once every paycheck, I take my kids out to eat. As a single mom of 3 kids, this is a luxury for us. I allow them to choose the restaurant (within limits) and for tonight, they chose Chili's because we have had positive experiences before at other Chili's. Tonight was the exception. When we pulled in, the parking lot was crowed, good sign we thought. Not a long wait for a table, and our server, Christie, arrived as we sat down for our drink orders. It wasn't overly crowded inside, but looked steady. I even got us free chips and salsa because I apprently had registered at some point to be a member. We thought we made the right decision. When we were ordering, Christie seemed impatient giving us a forced smile. My kids were looking forward to virgin daiquiri's, which they apparently don't sell at all (virgin or not) anymore. My daughter is indecisive and she becomes over-stimulated easily. Ordering can be difficult, which our server didn't seem to care for that and made a face. Now, I don't know if she had a hard day, week or month, so I must give her some grace. I know my work week has been challenging this week. But my daughter is a teenager, have some patience. We ordered a burger, an appetizer, chicken tenders and fajitas. No alcohol, just fountain drinks. My daughter did also get the molten lava cake to go. The food was sub par at best. It wasn't hot, it was rubbery, lacked flavor, meat was limited, and meat wasn't tender. It tasted like it came out of a microwave as…

Good service and good at this location

Our server was Jeff, he was really helpful and made the service really enjoyable even when we came in at a later time, would come back again

Lost my ring there, someone found it and turned it in. But management can't locate where it was placed.

Bought the Chili's 3 for me Monday. 1st off pretty expensive for a chicken sandwich and than upcharged for the only thing I like there, there mac n cheese, decided to get the baked potatoe soup as the starter. Only thing I ate was the soup and half of my sandwich. Bout an hour goes by and I feel like complete crap start puking at work, where I had to leave it was so bad, and 24 hours later I still felt like death, worst food poisoning I have ever got. Disappointed with the money I spent, just to get food poisoning.

This restaurant is not clean and most of all the workers are rude and they expect you to give them a tip for being rude and the food is uncooked and the employees are slow at stuff it seems as thow they are drinking while on the job and befor work not good

Look I want to rate the quality of food based on what I had, BUT we cook at home fresh daily. So I will skip that, if fried food is on your menu then go. It was graduation night and the staff was fantastic. The food came out quickly, fresh and hot. the drinks were replenished quickly and the waitress although very busy was attentive and aware of our needs. bravo!!!

this chili smells really bad inside. Also, the to go area is defunct. If you order food directly from Chili’s on their website, you shouldn’t have to wait inside the togo area for over 10 minutes for an employee to take care of you. The same girl that handed me my food walked past me at least 10 times without acknowledging my presence and we made eye contact a few times. I was standing right there....anyways go to the one in Merritt Island it’s much better.

We were seated promptly. The waitress was very attentive, getting drinks, chips and salsa quickly. We ordered the ribs. Our grand daughters said they enjoyed their food, our ribs were delicious. The girls had the molten lava cake.

Tay and Chris are the best servers in thr building!!! Attentive and friendly and made ua feel values and welcomed.

I visited Chili’s Grill & Bar twice. The first time was excellent — the food was delicious, well-cooked, and the overall experience was great. However, during my second visit, it was completely different. I couldn’t even finish my meal. The meat was undercooked, and the chicken was also not properly cooked, which is unacceptable. It’s disappointing to see such inconsistency between visits. I hope the restaurant improves its food quality and cooking standards in the future.

Excellent service food was also
