Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
An average is a poor summary when the underlying reviews look like this. Opinion on front-of-house is split — those reviews land at 3.3 on average. Price is the next most common subject, in 20% of reviews (averaging 2.5).
Speed of service shows up in 20% of reviews as well, averaging 1.8. Of the 20 rated reviews, 13 sit at four stars or better and 5 at two or below. The single most common rating left here is 5 stars (12 of 20).
The health record runs ahead of the reviews. The last DBPR inspection returned an A (98/100) with 2 basic violations. The visit behind that grade was January 15, 2026. Its inspection trajectory is upward over the records we hold. That puts it ahead of 76% of graded kitchens in Brevard County. For specifics, the last inspection cited floors, walls, ceilings clean & maintained.
Neither signal is decisive on its own here, which is why both are shown. The reviews themselves follow, unedited and newest first.

Warning when you use the handheld devise to check out. Did not notice this until the charge cleared our bank. When the hand held devise was brought to our table they already included a 20% tip on the authorization to our bank and then I add 22% to the bill not knowing this and Grills sent the entire amount through. Our food bill was $78 and they put an authorization of $94 on my bank and I paid an additional $21 in tip, so the final charge came back at $115.. The service was excellent, but not $37 dollars worth, which was half of our bill. Won't be going back to this Grills (Melbourne, FL) , and we go at least once a month to the one in Orlando and never had it happen there.

Wonderful Mahi mahi, need to try the carrot.

For the price, you would expect something more than was ordered; meaning the crab legs were extremely small and there were a few that didn't have meat within it/them 😥😣😔... Philly cheese steak sandwich was delicious... wished you all service trout red snapper or something served with wild rice and that needed salt organic butter or something! overall it's okay, the waitress was very nice and the view was pleasant

The appetizer shrimp kabobs says 8 shrimp and I got 5. The kitchen argued with the wait person. The MENU SAYS IT. I like the wait person...but my drink came after my food came. A

This place was amazing. We were a party of 6 and not one complaint from any of us. I just wish I could have tried everything on the menu! Wish we would have stopped here earlier in the week, instead of the last day of vacation so we would have known to come back again before leaving town.

Shrimp kabob was really good!

Wonderful breakfast with a view

We had a great meal with good service. We happened to weather a passing storm while we ate. I had a Cuban sandwich that was delicious. My fam enjoyed shrimp with coconut rice and loved it. Fro-yo bar for desert was, I’m told, fire.

*****ROACHES***** The biggest issue was cleanliness. While we were eating, a roach crawled up the wall behind us. My boyfriend killed it, and later, while we were still sitting there talking, another roach crawled up the same wall and just stayed there. Seeing one cockroach is concerning enough, seeing two during the same meal is unacceptable. I really wanted to like this place because the location and atmosphere are great, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing from start to finish. I ordered the fish tacos, and they were incredibly dry and lacked any real flavor. They were some of the blandest fish tacos I’ve had. The service was equally frustrating. After meeting up with our friend, we waited a long time before our waitress even came over to greet us. We had to ask for water at least six different times throughout the meal, and on one of those occasions she responded with an attitude, which was unnecessary. She also rang up our sides as à la carte items instead of including them with the burgers, even though the burgers come with sides. This caused the bill to be over $200 for 3 people. To top it off, when we finished eating, we stayed for a few minutes to catch up with our friend. We didn’t realize the restaurant had closed, and our waitress initially told us it was okay to keep talking. Less than a minute later, she came back and said, “The kitchen is closing now. I got to get you guys out.” If we needed to leave, that’s completely understandable, but it was…

Delicious food, waiter did not hesitate to correct a mistake when he heard "shrimp skewers" instead of the ordered "shark skewers". The tahiti taters are to die for, the garlic bread is way above average, and my blackened chicken Alfredo was delicious also, better than anywhere else I've had.

I came here for the first time with my friend! Ryan was our server at the outside bar and his customer service is a 10/10. He was very sweet and attentive to what we wanted. We ordered drinks, appetizers, and dinner. My food was amazing, I got the shark kabob with veggies! The mango mojito was amazing as well! Thank you so much Ryan!! Your service is the reason we will be back!

Food quality has gone down and prices have gone up. Service has always been slow.

The restaurant has an absolutely beautiful location and a tropical fun vibe but so disappointed in the food and service. We must have hit it on the wrong day. Our waitress was so miserable and rude it ruined the experience. The food was so average for the prices. I make a better fish taco. The chicken kebab was ok. They do charge $8 for any extra like fries or veggies etc. so be prepared for that upcharge This place would be fantastic if they got better cooks and eliminated the flies all over your food outside. Easy fix with table fans.

Good food. Good atmosphere — especially the outdoor seating area.
-
Great food and a beautiful day on the deck overlooking the river
-
Tuna smelled awful and clearly wasn’t fresh. I took one bite and immediately almost threw up The Tuna was rancid! No manager even came over to apologize or handle it. Serving raw fish like this is unacceptable.
-
Service was normal! Not excellent but ok!
-
Poke bowl was delicious! My niece got chicken fingers and surprisingly they were REALLY good!

Amazing food and awesome service we will be back
