I placed an order on the Hardee’s app it had been an hour since I ordered it almost 5 minutes after my order was scheduled to be delivered and it hadn’t arrived. I reached out and spoke with the store manager. I was trying to see how long would it take for my order to arrive because I had to be to work in the next half hour to 45 minutes. A long story short Uber eats took extremely long to find a driver to deliver my food. I wasn’t gonna be able to wait much longer for my order. Just trying to figure out if I could just cancel the order. They manager was doing everything in her power to try to assist me, but there wasn’t much that could be done since i ordered the the Hardee’s app but the delivery goes through a third-party, but she still tried to assist me and I really really appreciate that I did become frustrated at one point in the car. She still was kind and tried to help me. because I was already having a tough morning and that was the last $15 I had to my name. Just when I thought I wasn’t gonna be able to get breakfast. I received a call back that the Uber driver had Gina arrived, and if I still wanted my order they would make everything fresh for me since The original order had already been made and was just waiting for the delivery driver to arrive. I really appreciate it , her kindness, patience (because they were busy) overall her just being understanding of the situation Thank God, there are still good people in the world so again thank you so much ❤️

I’ll keep it simple. This place is the best fast food place I’ve ever been to. We are blessed to have these owners here in our town. It’s the best Hardee’s in the company and it’s obvious why. If I was able I would give them 20 stars.

The people here dont know how to take a order. The menu screen said "try our double cheeseburger bag deal" I asked for the deal cheeseburger and the lady asked which one... like the only one on the screen.

Food was sub-par. Service was slow and the fries were not cooked all the way.

We like to go for breakfast on the weekends. The man taking the orders always sounds so friendly & welcoming. The service is quick and accurate. The food is delicious. I recommend the Spicy Chicken biscuit.

Went for breakfast and was pleasantly surprised. The sandwiches were great better than other fast food. I'd say Hardee's breakfast is a much better alternative to the others.

I love going here for breakfast in the mornings. The owner has a awesome country accent that makes you feel like your eating a country home made meals every time!!! The breakfast is amazing!!! They definitely know how to keep me happy!!! The staff members definitely know how to make breakfast, lunch and dinner!!!
