Community Rating
Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
The recurring subject in this corpus is front-of-house, not the food in general. Where the staff comes up, the rating that follows averages 4.6, so it reads as a strength.
More reviewers landed on 5 stars than any other score — 15 of 19. The split is 18 positive to 1 negative across 19 rated reviews.
Against that, the kitchen inspects well — an A (100/100), nothing cited at the most recent DBPR visit. That result dates from February 6, 2026. Its inspection trajectory is upward over the records we hold. That puts it ahead of 100% of graded kitchens in Brevard County. The inspector left without citing anything — worth noting, since most visits find something.
Nothing here pulls in opposite directions — an unusually clean read. Full reviews follow below in the order they were left.

Great beers and wonderful food, especially the burgers !!

Food was great, the interior dining area was clean and quiet enough to converse. The staff was very very attentive and thorough. I'll definitely be back again soon!! I saw lots on the menu that I'd like to try. 😉

This is one of those places that I want to tell you all about it but I not because it's one of those places that you definitely need to go try i will say that I would rate the food and drinks a 15 out of 10

Awesome brisket grilled cheese. Big enough to share. The wine flights gives you plenty of wine options. Will be back.

It was right after work for me and was able to get a table right away. The server (unknown you g man) is very pleasant and helpful. Food is good and I did a flight to sample several items. I heard it can be quite busy on the weekends. 2nd time in and still the server we had is very pleasant and the food is still very good. 3rd time in to catch the USA world cup, beer food. And again, great food and service. Highly recommended

My wife and I stopped in for a couple of pints yesterday afternoon. The building is beautiful inside and very spacious. We both enjoyed our beers very much. Our experience was enhanced by our server Michael who was very attentive and pleasant! Our experience was further enhanced by a visit from the head brewer Todd! Todd is one of if not the best brewer anywhere! Highly recommend to any and all! Lindsay and Linda Johnson

This establishment is great to catch a micro brewery beer or sider. The food is really of good quality but on the pricey side. $22 to $24 for a burger and fries are pushing it. Great selection of beers though. Our biggest gripe is the noise level when busy. The acoustics forces one to shout to have a conversation. And if everybody shouts, then it is tough to enjoy yourself.

Hell and Blazes is literally my favorite place. I’ve spend birthdays and anniversaries. I love it after work. I love it just to catch games. The food is great, drinks are amazing and the staff is awesome. I’ve never had a bad experience going here. I want to give a special thank you to the staff last night… Kalani , Amberlily, Jorden, Jeremy, Christian and Tyler. Thank you to each of you for the greatest display of hospitality. I was enjoying watching the Knicks game (first time in the finals since 1999). I am a native New Yorker and when I get home sick, watching the teams I grew up watching makes me feel a bit better. Last night the staff stood past closing and let me finish watching the game. The Knicks are up 2-0, 2 wins away from a championships, I feel like I’m on top of the world and The Team at Hell and Blazes is to thank for that. Thank you for your great and fast service. Thank you for your hospitality. PS: for the servers that know my, I’m the Gnarly Barley and French fries guy.

Beer, liquor, and food quality and variety is well beyond your average bar. They have unique and fun options for the adventurous, all very tasty.

Had the gator bites. Inedible! As chewy as bubblegum. Terrible service. Incompetent and rude. Beer was OK and atmosphere was decent (partially because it wasn't very busy on a summer Saturday night, I guess the locals already know what I found out).

A couple of friends and I tried this restaurant out while in town and it was amazing! Tyler provided excellent service. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. He definitely helped make the experience enjoyable.

Took a 50 mile drive to try something new and we ended up here. It did not disappoint. We will definitely be back. Nick the bartender was amazing. He kept us entertained. The drinks and the food were delicious. Highly recommend the Poutine and the Bread Pudding. Both were to die for.

Hell and Blaze is a great local brewery in Melbourne with great beer selection and awesome food. We went on a Saturday afternoon server was very knowledgeable about brews and grub. He made great suggestions. I have been back several times and each time same great service, cold beer, and delicious food. Bathrooms: Clean Location right off highway 1 Suggestion: drunken Chicken with house salad. Beer: Hazy October is great IPA

Spacious inside eatery with ample outdoor space. Friendly, helpful staff. Great choice of brews. Music not too loud. Enjoyable experience. Quirky restrooms, clean.
