We had a very nice stay. The staff were excellent. Had some issues with AC during our stay but they were corrected. The pool and outside bar areas are small and people camp out making it tough to find a seat on the weekends. If you want a nice stay and enjoy the beach, this hotel will meet your needs.

My two friends and I recently enjoyed a girls' trip this past weekend, and we couldn't be more pleased with our experience! From start to finish, everything was wonderful. A special shoutout to Alex, the manager, who is absolutely the best. He was incredibly polite, attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of, from our food to our drinks. His outstanding customer service truly made our trip even more enjoyable. We'd also like to thank Ethan, Christian, Tammy, Erick, Tayna, and Payton at the bar. The staff is absolutely the best—so welcoming, friendly, and attentive. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home and played a huge part in making our trip the best it could be. Their positive attitudes, excellent service, and genuine hospitality made our experience unforgettable. Thank you all for helping make our girls' trip such a memorable experience. We can't wait to come back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great location for a beach vacation!

The Hilton Melbourne Beach Oceanfront will always hold a special place in our hearts. We met here, got engaged here, honeymooned here, and have celebrated many anniversaries here over the years. This visit was especially meaningful as we celebrated our 11th anniversary. Every time we return, it feels like coming home. The beautiful beachfront location, relaxing atmosphere, and wonderful staff keep us coming back year after year. Thank you for being part of so many of our favorite memories. We can’t wait to return again!

We were very disappointed in the room. I booked oceanfront room with a balcony. It was not a balcony. It was only about 9 inches, only able to stand on. I could not put a chair on it to enjoy the view, yet they are charging you as if it was a balcony.

Other than a slight chemical/bleach smell in my room, My stay at this hotel was pleasant. The location was a huge plus and the breakfast very good but a lil pricey. The people staying there were very well behaved and sociable. The staff was very friendly and the bartender, Peyton, knew her stuff. The pool area was really nice if you didn't want to go to the beach and had a nice tiki bar attached. I would definitely recommend this hotel if the price is right.

So first and foremost folks this is NOT the hotel on the beach - this place is about 3 miles from the beach. The room has a very fowl mold smell coming from them. Even the hallways reek of mold and desperately need new carpeting. The front desk team is kind however they for no reason at all charged my card for the entirety of my weekend stay with a friend. Despite asking to split the stay in half between the two us. They returned her payment to her and charged me for the entire stay with no explanation as to why. When I spoke to the accounting team Ellie was very rude and dismissive. There are a lot of better places near the beach for around the same price. Do yourself a favor folks and don’t stay here. We couldn’t even take photos on the balcony bc it looks like a legit trap house balcony 🤣

Great place for relaxing and enjoying all their amenities. Where you can have beautiful sunrises and Sunsets.

It was my first day of summer vacation, and I got to my room and the AC wasn’t working. Chelsea quickly assisted me, she was fast, professional, and very helpful. Will came up and worked on my AC, he was very friendly and efficient. Then we went down to the Bar where we got served by Tanya, she was very positive, and helpful with the menu. It was an amazing stay! Amy was very helpful because she encouraged our stay here and made sure that everything was the very best for us!

I give 4 stars, since they have carpet and old one, I hate carpet on hotels. Breakfast is very expensive $23 per person+tax +tip. Four people breakfast $120. Noise from construction at the hotel exterior.The beach is like river color full with dry seaweed that stinks when sun heats.

We passed by en route to Ormond from Miami. Room was clean and tidy. Must give a five stars for a delicious vegetarian meal, great service from a young lady at the restaurant, thank you. Shame the umbrellas on the beach were chargeable.

My wife and I went on our best first date on Melbourne Beach and we wanted to get married at the spot that brought us together. Planning a wedding can be a stressful time but the wedding planning process at the Hilton Melbourne Beach was flawless and stress free. This is because their wedding planner, Taylor Fant is such an amazing and helpful person. Taylor went through every detail with precision and helped us through a number of party decisions we never thought of. Taylor worked with our flower and cake vendor and our DJ to make sure that everything clicked. Hilton reserved rooms for our guests and worked with adding rooms to the block with no issues. Would do this again any time. What a great wedding at a great venue and it was made possible by an awesome planner.. Thanks Taylor for everything!!!

A wonderful family “home away from home.” My in-laws inspired our stay, as they often come here for staycations, and I booked very last minute for a Friday evening check in and Sunday AM checkout for Memorial Day weekend getaway for my husband and me. From check-in, the experience felt special. We were kindly upgraded for our anniversary and gifted complimentary drink cards, which was such a thoughtful touch. Our room was lovely, clean, and very comfortable — the bed and pillows were amazing. We really enjoyed the food and drinks throughout our stay. Room service breakfast was delicious, especially The All American, and the Ocean Grille burgers, sweet potato fries, and key lime pie were excellent. Erick at the tiki bar makes amazing piña coladas and rum buckets, and the coconut margarita was a game changer. The pool, beach, and tiki bar made for such a relaxing weekend. We brought our own umbrella and chairs and loved how peaceful the beach became later in the day. We had a great time enjoying the pool and meeting other guests. One memorable frustrating service interaction happened at the tiki bar on Saturday. After we sat down at the table a bartender shouted across the area while a band was playing instead of coming over to explain the ordering process, which felt unnecessary and a little off-putting. It stuck with me for a bit, and additionally it was a bit frustrating that all the shaded tables by the tiki bar were taken by people’s stuff while they went to the beach or…

I have been traveling to Melbourne for business for over a year and I always stay here, beautiful hotel, great views of the ocean and of the space launches. All the staff is very friendly and helpful, specially Mandy Siravo, she has always been very helpful, she should get a raise or a promotion.

This hotel far exceeded my expectations. In fact I didn't even know I had expectations about this place until I stayed there and I realized that wow, this place is kinda awesome!

Retiree event-Everything was excellent!

Went to Longboards on few occasions for drinks & food, most recently on Mothers Day. Limited menu, mostly pub food. Average quality & portions are OK too. Avoid the $26.00 lump crab cake, small not worth the price for one cake😩. Service is below par as it takes a long time to be served and if you have a large party/ separate checks, be sure to check your receipt as they tend to make a lot of mistakes. Place is understaffed on any given day & servers seems to be overwhelmed at times. Live entertainment is OK, mostly reggae/ beach vibe. Check to see who is playing on any given day & times they perform. Got there at 3:30 at Mothers Day for drinks & music. By 5:00 pm the music was over, and they do not have any outdoor music playing on any speakers. Found that strange for a beachfront tiki bar. Boring Overall experience ***stars. George M

The goods: Location is perfect. You have beach access and the hotel keeps their portion of the beach clean of seaweed. The beds are super comfortable and the AC runs very cold. Our room was clean and smelled fresh. They have a fun pool bar and their pool area is a nice place to finish a beach day at. Negatives: Management does not police smoking at the pool. Thus I question if people at the pool are actually paying guests. This said be wary of leaving a cell phone unsecured. We had a room with two beds which is enough for four people. We had to ask for an extra towel both nights we stayed here because the housekeeping staff only provided three sets. No hand soap was available fi4 washing your hands so you had to use shower gel.

Nice place, tiki bar needs work.
