What diners say — our read

61% of reviews here touch on how guests are treated, more than any other theme. Where how guests are treated comes up, the rating that follows averages 4.6, so it reads as a strength.

Conspicuously absent: wait times, which no reviewer brings up. The split is 15 positive to 1 negative across 18 rated reviews, with 2 in the middle. 5 stars is the modal score, given by 12 of the 18 reviewers who rated.

On the inspection side the picture is cleaner: DBPR graded this kitchen an A (94/100), with 6 basic violations. Whatever the reviews argue about, sanitation is not the weak point. That inspection was on June 16, 2026. Across its inspection history the kitchen is declining, which argues for reading the older reviews with caution. On health score it sits safer than 54% of the Brevard County restaurants we grade. Among the items recorded were clean clothes and dishwashing facilities.

Nothing here pulls in opposite directions — an unusually clean read. Everything above is computed from the 18 reviews reproduced below.

The manager Justin is a good addition to this restaurant. Checks on the quality of food and service. Food is good, service is good.

If you go when you’re very hungry the smell of the food roasting will make you even hungrier, so eat the appetizers the waitresses bring you.

Used to be more upscale. My steak seemed soggy, lacked flavor. My husbands steak was tough.

Dead Rat with flies at the entrance. If this is what the front looks like in public view, what might it look like in the areas the public does not get to see, like the kitchen? I contacted the Division of Hotels and Restaurants - they are now conducting an inspection of this establishment as I write this, Tuesday June 16. Results will be publicly available on the 'My Florida License' website, and their license code is 1506304. The inspection results should be public starting June 17, 2026 Id also like to note that both steaks ordered had to be returned for being severely undercooked. One that was ordered Medium-Well was served near blue. Lots of red flags. Photo of dead rat is from saturday. Update - longhorn passed their inspection - I’ve attached a screenshot of their 6/16/26 violations.

Whole out server Brody B was excellent, my slab of ribs arrived luke warm, dried out and tough as beef jerky. Brody offered to get a manager, but I only mentioned it as we were leaving and did not want to spend the time to talk to the manager.

Half a serving of chinkn bites, very disappointing, check ur 2go orders, they skimp on portions... sad

Always delicious, perfectly cooked steaks. I cook for a living and come to Longhorn when I want an excellent steak and to be taken care of by an outstanding server. This has consistently been my experience. Every Chef that I know has a favorite place to go to when we are just tired and have seemingly cooked for the world. Longhorn is my place to go to. Mostly I will order the Rib Eye, Ceasar Salad & dessert. Sometimes I order a different steak, street corn, loaded Baked Potato. Whenever I am in the mood for I know is going to be good. Good job team!

First time we've been here in years! Last time was awful, all the way around. Thought we'd give it another try, and was pleasantly surprised at how tasty the food was and clean the restaurant was. We'll be back.

Great place with a good selection and good lunch specials and the service is great. Had a group of 12

  • May 29, 2026

It was a run of the mill steak house. Food was as good as expected. Service could have been better and it seemed pretty over priced for the quality and quantity of food.
