What diners say — our read

5 stars is the modal score, given by 10 of the 21 reviewers who rated. Behind those, wait times is raised in 24% of reviews (2.4 average). 13 of 21 rated reviews are four stars or higher; 7 are two or lower.

The health record runs ahead of the reviews. The last DBPR inspection returned an A (90/100) with 1 intermediate and 7 basic violations. That inspection was on February 17, 2026. Ranked against Brevard County, it is safer than 42% of the restaurants we score. Among the items recorded were food-contact surfaces clean and sanitized.

The honest summary is that the evidence is mixed on both sides. The individual reviews are below, newest first, if you want the raw material.

The restaurant was very dark (no light) for indoor lunch after church. Food was ok. Crabs cakes were delicious but the vegetables had way too much salt. My husband had to reorder French Fries because the first order was cold..The server, Zander, was excellent. Probably won't go back.

We reached out for a private dinner / exclusive bourbon tasting for our husbands as a Father's Day gift. From start to finish, we were so impressed. Sydney was wonderful with communication setting it all up, the chef nailed the menu and Danny picked amazing bourbons. The dinner and tasting being held in the cellar was the icing on the cake. Danny was also great about going at our pace for the tasting and helped us with bourbon and wine selections to take home afterwards. Our group has all agreed we'll be doing this again soon.

Great place for company functions. Service was top notch.

  • June 12, 2026

Atmosphere was nice and quiet. Staff were professional and friendly. The Chef Burger was OMG delicious! The Ceasar Wedge Grill Salad with blackened shrimp was scrumptious. Check this place out.

Bit disappointed with this place. The balcony was adults only, the food was overpriced, not a great variety, and simply “okay,” and the atmosphere was cheesy. On top of that, they were out of a lot of food items around lunch. Really bummed cause this has potential to be a great spot.

It's always an awesome place to visit and dine in. Excellent selection of alcohol to buy by the bottle at The Cellars located inside. Great prices, great selection, great atmosphere and the best staff they could have! I always feel welcomed at The Mansion! I definitely recommend visiting!

I nice journey to a gentler time. The Mansion has a nice menu , a great cellar, a lovely garden , and water views from the roof top. Walk off a great meal along the water or in the trendy downtown district. With great food and service, it's the whole package! It's the perfect antidote to the same old uninteresting corporate food. Oh...don't plan on eating that Key Lime pie by yourself! It's a slab of deliciousness that takes two people to finish.

I’d give this place 0 stars if I could. Every single dish tasted like the chef dumped an entire container of salt into it and called it “seasoning.” The sweet potato fries were completely ruined — who in their right mind adds that much salt to sweet potato fries? And somehow the buffalo chicken dip was even worse. Unless you enjoy waking up dehydrated, bloated, and chugging water at 3 a.m., do yourself a favor and stay far away from this disaster of a restaurant.

The food was good, but the real star of the night was our server, Brett. Super attentive, kind, and on top of everything without being overbearing. You can tell they genuinely care about the guests’ experience. I can't wait to experience the mansion again.

Love this spot. Amazing alcohol selection in the bar and the shop.Food. is good. I wasnt wanting seafood and that was the majority of their menu this day but the Burger was outstanding. Thick and juicy 😋 ♥️. Fries were crisp and salted. Bourbon flights.......Nuff said.

Great restaurant with great options and staff. The beer selection is crazy, the Bavarian pretzels are better than anywhere else, and the salmon is excellent.

Took my mom for Mother’s Day and what a terrible idea that was horrible service spent 2.5 hours there when the food finally came out they never made my dads order server was clueless and the redhead manager was useless we were told multiple times that she was going to come over and address the issues never did they told me they weren’t going to charge me till she did but charged me anyways manager came over with my card and bill like nothing ever happened place is a absolute joke please save your money and go literally anywhere else.

The food was very nice. This restaurant has a second floor and another room just for alcohol. After we finished the food, the server took quite a while to get the check ready, but it’s okay

Fabulous menu! So many interesting items to choose from. Our party of 4 had the pretzel app with beer cheese and mustard. It did not disappoint. We had the Turkey Melt, Pizza, Fresh Catch (Covina with a jerk rub on Naan bread with a pineapple compote) and the BBQ Burger with portabella mushroom. The only thing wrong with the well done burger which was ordered Medium rare. The cocktails were very good as well.

Very unique experience. Good drinks, good food (minus a burger that was overcooked), and cool atmosphere. I don’t think it’s quite a 5.0, but deserves to be at least a 4.5 (it’s a 4.2 as of the time of this review), so I’m trying to help it get there. We had the Detroit-style pizza, the special burger, the turkey melt, and the fresh catch. Check out the cellars!

A lovely experience, all food was delicious and served well.

Such a shame. The smashburger- good. Sweet potato fries- very dry and not fresh. Mansion burger- good, but large piece of disgusting- looking lettuce on it. Salmon- good. The larger problems were not being able to find where to check in with the hostess, the entrance was not clearly defined and the signage did not help, the faded, old fake flowers at the entrance, the sticks and dried up bushes with no mulch as the "landscaping", and the shredded black awnings were atrocious. Faded everything was such a shame. When you call yourself a mansion, I would think that you would at least like to look neat and fresh if you were unable to look grand. As a long-standing fixture near the causeway, you can do better for the public. These things are an easy fix. It has, very simply, been severely neglected.

Save your money and go somewhere better the mixed drinks were horrible... the New York strip had no flavor for almost $50.00... and for a Saturday night they were dead at 8 pm...nobody at their bars nothing... the waiters were very friendly... but still would recommend seek out a different place for dinner...

I’d like to start by sharing that I have about 15 years of experience in the restaurant industry, including roles as a beginning as a hostess working my way to a server, bartender, and manager in a very fast-paced environment. I now work in marketing, so I place a high value on both customer experience and professionalism. We arrived at the restaurant around 8:15 PM, with a listed closing time of 9:00 PM. We were seated upstairs in the bar area, where there was also a large party that had not yet ordered, as well as another table seated just before us. From the beginning, the staff appeared somewhat frustrated or disengaged. A server handed us menus with very little interaction, and another staff member behind the bar did not acknowledge us. A younger server briefly let us know that someone would be with us shortly, as they were finishing drinks for the larger party—which we completely understood and were happy to wait for. Unfortunately, there was little to no follow-up after that. One bartender stepped away without any communication and did not return, while another staff member focused on cleaning tasks—wiping tables and putting items away—without checking back in with us. I understand how it feels at the end of a long shift—being tired, ready to be off your feet, and wanting to get home to friends and family. I’ve been there myself. However, after approximately 18 minutes of waiting without being greeted or even offered drinks, we began to feel uncomfortable and…

Took my wife here on our honeymoon, made reservations and was confused when we got there and nobody was there to seat us, so we found seats that we liked and waited a while for the server. The server was not very professional and didn’t seem to care. The food was prepared well and tasted amazing however it took forever for it to get out. Wouldn’t recommend unless you are looking for a spot to grab a beer.

Cool place, great views, good food and drink. Great selection in the cellar.
