Fries are always a hit or miss

Excellent customer service with a smile. Staff and employees are best second to non. Congratulations to all of you, you make McDonald's shine as well upon yourself. I recently visited this McDonald’s, and my order was unfortunately incorrect. But Jennifer at the drive-thru window was just so sweet. She was incredibly friendly both times I came to the window. Normally, I’d be driving away a little bit frustrated, but not this time! Despite the mistake, I have been here many times and will keep coming back.

Good food prices up?

Recibimos la comida en un tiempo considerable, todo recien hecho y caliente. No nos faltó nada en nuestros ingredientes. Coloqué 4 estrellas porque deben chequear el Syrop de la Coke cuando sirvan ya que era más agua que Coke (puede pasar lo entiendo). Del resto comimos delicioso. Gracias!!!

The french fries were only half full, cold, and soggy, and the tables were all dirty. The manager even told the staff to make sure the fries were filled below the opening! The staff member didn't seem to wash his hands properly.

Fresh, fast, to go

Look at this picture, that’s all you gotta see. They put a nugget in a sandwich and had the gall to call it a crispy chicken sandwich. Also managed to completely forget items. Somehow, this McDonalds, is the worst in all of Brevard.

For the past four days, I’ve been going to the same McDonald’s because their service is 5 stars they always give you what you ask for at the window however like every other McDonald’s you have to go back and ask for the things that you wanted🤦‍♂️

I went to the drive thru and ordered 1 quarter pounder with cheese pulled up to the window and was asked to pull up no problem I pulled up and walked inside for my burger 1 lady was nice the other had attitude and I said I'm in spot number 1 waiting for a quarter pounder with cheese she said I'm still waiting for it I said me to a minute later she handed me the bag I walked out and got in my truck and looked at my burger the cheese was hanging half off the sandwich and not even melted and the burger was soaked and dripping with grease very disappointing 6.09 for a hamburger and it was trash

one worker was sick none came to take my order until 5 minutes passed.

Both my husband and I ended up with stomach pain and much time in the bathroom. We ate different breakfast sandwiches but both had sausage. My husband didn't even make it out of McDonald's and I didn't make it home (10 minute drive) without stopping and having to go.

By far worst McDonald's after 40 years living ordered a plain cheeseburger on 4 separate times never fails can not follow simplest order horrible service

Some special Ed up there is making the breakfast sandwiches upside down. Cheese on the bottom???

Just went through the drive through and ordered 4 McChickens with one being plain. I double checked that they got the one plain one on my order when I paid and they said yes. Pulled up to the second window to get my food and had to wait for them to make the plain one. Employee eventually hands me my bag and says 4 McChickens with one plain. I get home and they are all doused with 4 times the normal amount of mayo and not 1 plain one in the bag. Absolutely disgusting. Was it retaliation for asking for a plain one? Which I didn't get??
