My experience at McDonald's what's great went through the drive-thru I made my order with no problem

Drive thru service. Busy place!

Food poisoning from this place, both my wife and me. Never going back.

Absolutely ridiculous. Sitting at the drive-through for 10 minutes before somebody even tried to take my order then told me that they didn’t have anything on the menu no burgers no fries no nuggets no ice cream. Why are you even open then too busy goofing off

Terrible service

Very unprofessional staff, customer service is not the new manger speciality. They should be trained again. Orders were not made correctly. Manager 6/3/26 730 pm female with long braids no hair net very rude. She seems not happy to be employed by store, her phone was more important.

Apparently this location isn't equipped to handle People Ordering from the Kiosk in Store, we waited 20 minutes for food after paying with card then another 15 minutes to pay cash for 4 pies which took 5 minutes to get and if I wasn't standing by the Counter I wouldn't of KNOWN cos they don't Announce your order is ready

I got the chicken sandwich. Chicken meat is not supposed to crunch when you bite into it. I’ve never had a fast food chicken breast so awful. I took multiple bites of different sides to see if there was an edible part but the whole breast was tough and chewy. Chicken was the last meal I was willing to eat at a McDonals, guess that’s it for me.

Wish we weren't so attached to The name. .not the healthiest Food in the neighborhood

Best service I’ve ever had from a McDonalds! Employees are quick and efficient and the young lady who was bringing out food really cares about the customers! Please give her and the older gentleman who was running food to customers on 05/22/2026 at 1:30pm raises - he also went above and beyond to provide great service and had a smile on his face the whole time. Truly a great team.

The french fries were not. I mean we’re not McDonald’s standard french fries. That’s all I had. It was very disappointing but everything else is great.

Yesterday and today (4:10 pm), I visited this location and ordered a chocolate milkshake for my hospitalized mother-in-law. When I pulled up to Window 2, the female handed me a pure white vanilla milkshake. When I questioned its appearance, she told me it was chocolate and to stir it to mix the chocolate syrup (which was somewhere hidden inside the vanilla shake). She offered to remake it, rolled her eyes, and then handed me another vanilla shake with a hint of chocolate syrup in it (photo attached). I'm certain she simply poured the old shake into another cup. I'll be back tomorrow for another chocolate shake for my mother-in-law. We'll see if they mix it or leave it to the customer to do their job.

Rude drive thru employees. Does maintenance durning a busy dinner rush. Can't take orders properly. Then says oh well cant use your code. Managers are extremely rude.

Quick and convenient stop with consistent food and friendly service. The order was correct, everything came out hot, and it worked perfectly for a fast meal on the go. It’s McDonald’s, so you know the assignment: fries, nuggets, happy kids, survival restored. Overall, a good experience and I’d stop here again.

Poor service

I got a steak egg and cheese bagel that’s my favorite an I haven’t had it in a long time so it was as delicious as I could remember I recommend the steak egg an cheese bagel if you never had it.Also the Carmel frappe is amazing it’s a lot more expensive that it use to be but in all I have no complaints

Very polite employees. Especially drive thru. Very patient too..

This has to be the slowest McDonald in the country

Customer service was really good but this steak did not look appetizing at all 🤢

Service of the workers were horrible, very very bad attitude not nice at all need to have people who r more friendly especially the one who works the counter she acted like she didn't want to even serve me very poor place for kindness
