MCDONALD'S #6768

This review is not for the branch but for the corporation. How is it possible that you sell World Cup promotional material which you cover in a black plastic bag so the costumer won't realize you are giving them a cup with a purple monster that nobody will see playing in the world cup? People buy the deals to get the cups with real World Cup players. Bought a few deals because my niece got excited with the ad and wanted to collect them and all we got was the purple monster or pet or whatever that is. It's a deceitful marketing ploy and it's incredibly shameful on you McDonald's! You lost a family of customers.

What they have to do over there is have these tables clean they have don't do much to clean them we had to clean our table which day should do on their own

Quick breakfast to go

Kept on taking the other sides order and not the people on the left side. Then got the order wrong and kept trying to explain and show the receipt to them and then after explaining it more than twice they finally got what happened.

orders arent made correctly half the time and someone on drive through made me waste a code for a discount on the app. please start running a tighter ship, slinging burgers is not hard

Ngl this employes need to do there job right

The staff here is awesome! The gentleman at the front, light skin guy with the beard, was absolutely amazing. I had my littles with me and he brought the food to the table for me and then even offered to get my drinks so I didnt have to carry them or leave them at the table. He was cleaning when we were done eating and grabbed up my trash to toss. Class act right there, and i couldn't give enough appreciation. Food was made perfectly, and when I needed to go ask for some condiments I forgot, the lady that came out to help was so sweet and polite. I don't ever expect much from a McDonald's these days but these folks definitely blew my expectations out of the water. Thanks guys!

Found HAIR in my food at this location twice!!

Best McDonald’s in Brevard. They’re so efficient, kind, food’s always hot. Never waited more than 5 mins here at lunch rush time.

What happened to quality control? Not only did they forget to give me my hash brown but how could they send out a burnt mcgriddle ?

The manager Maria is incredibly, incredibly rude. She didn't fix my problem, and told me it was my fault my order was wrong. She was yelling at employees in front of customers as well.

Spanish manager with a mole was rude after messing up orders. Yelling being rude to fellow employees because she has to do her job.has a harbor freight bucket catching water on the counter (it’s not raining) the manager was also rude to a customer ahead of me because he asked for a refund after waiting 30 min.

Not sure when this location went rogue but it's not working. If I order a Quarter Pounder with Cheese Deluxe, that's what I expect to get. Instead I got a cheeseburger with a half a cup of mayonnaise and French fried onions. That's not even an actual menu item. McDonald's has a standard which is why they have recipes for each menu item, so you don't screw it up. The Big Mac my husband ordered only had special sauce on the very bottom bun. The top bun was so stale, it crumbled. Very disappointed store #6768
