My daughter and I had a delightful dining experience,for the first time at The Melting Pot in Viera. George provided exceptional service throughout our visit. He expertly guided us through the menu and offered recommendations that significantly enhanced our enjoyment. He dedicated time to elucidate the various menu options, address our inquiries, and generally facilitate our experience. From the culinary offerings to the beverages and the ambiance, this was a highly enjoyable and recommended experience. We anticipate returning.

Such an interesting dining experience with really tasty food! I honestly didn’t realize going in that part of the experience involved cooking your own meal, so that was definitely a surprise and something different. The food itself was good, and the entire process made for a unique and interactive Birthday celebration. The absolute highlight for me, though, was dessert! The chocolate peanut butter fondue was unbelievably delicious and the perfect ending to the meal. Definitely worth trying if you’re looking for something fun and out of the ordinary!

We went to The Melting Pot to celebrate our marriage, and the experience was amazing. Everyone was so kind, and our waiter, Shawn, really stood out. He was easy to talk to and made us feel comfortable, especially since it was our first time there. Because of Shawn, we didn’t feel nervous about ordering at all and he was just a really amazing person to talk to! It wasn’t just the food that made it special, but the whole experience was sooooooooo enjoyable. My husband and I are really glad we chose to celebrate there and have no regrets. Our favorite part was the card that was made for us by the staff (which we forgot there and then both realized when we got home and were really sad cause it was so nice🤦‍♀️) and the steak! Will recommend to all our friends for a special night out. Can’t wait to come back soon :)

Great place for a date, birthday or celebration!

My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful Easter dinner at the Melting Pot in Viera. Our server Stacey was top notch from start to finish. While we'd been before, it had been a few years and she took time to explain the menu options, answer questions, and otherwise guide our experience. From the food, to the drink, to the atmosphere, this was a very enjoyable experience and highly recommended. We will be back.

Had a great experience at this Melting Pot! From the minute we walked in the door, the hostesses were friendly and provided great service. We loved our waiter Nick who immediately figured out our son’s interests, paid close attention to our allergies, gave great recommendations, and kept us happy and comfortable all night. We will definitely be back!

Lived in the area for 18years and it was my first time at the melting pot! Staff were very welcoming, courteous and knowledgeable, food was great and our waiter David was outstanding. Five star all the way!

Was greeted by friendly hostess. Nice quiet area for family birthday gathering. Our server, Angela was knowledgeable, friendly and effiecient. Ready to assist with any issues. Food was easy to fix and eat. Kids enjoyed fixing their own food.

Angela was a fantastic server this evening. All staff were amazing and polite! It was wonderful dinner with family and a great way to celebrate my mother’s birthday.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would—this was hands down the most unforgettable dining experience I’ve ever had, and it’s all because of George and Trent. From the moment we sat down, they didn’t just serve us—they created an experience. They went completely above and beyond by custom-making my cocktails, including the most incredible raspberry chocolate martini I’ve ever tasted (I’m still thinking about it). Every detail felt intentional, thoughtful, and personal. What truly made the night unforgettable was how they helped us celebrate such a special moment—our engagement date night. They surprised us by writing on my plate, turning something simple into something deeply meaningful. It’s the kind of gesture you don’t expect, but will remember forever. George and Trent aren’t just staff—they are the reason this restaurant shines. Their energy, care, and passion are what elevate this place from great to extraordinary. We did the 4 course meal and it was delicious; our waiter, Nick, was so on top of things. He was kind, pleasant, attentive and just all around great. Definitely going back.

Payton, was probably the best server there. He was quick with the drinks, quick to lit up the table with a great timed joke and he was very attentive to what we needed. Mike the manager in the hunter green shirt was awesome. He knew how to crack some pepper. Definitely coming back. Ps we are not friends with anyone here. I truly am a tough customer to make happy. Ps give Payton a promotion. Mike keep cracking that pepper.

Our server Angela was incredible. She gave good recommendations and was very knowledgeable about everything on the menu. We go out to eat often and she is by far our favorite server we’ve had at any restaurant. Angela is worth her weight in gold and deserves every good review. All around best server.
