OUTBACK STEAKHOUSE

I got the Aussie 3 course Alice Springs chicken, with a side house salad, baked potato with butter sour cream and chives, and the Chocolate Thunder from down under. My husband got the bloomin burger with fries, French onion soup, and the cookie skillet. My chicken was tender, well seasoned, and arrived at the perfect temperature. My baked potato was perfect in texture and salted nicely. All the flavors of my house salad were satisfying and my desert was delicious. I chose this specific meal to accommodate my gluten sensitivity and it hit the spot! My husband's burger was huge, the bun was grilled, the bloomin onion was crispy and the fries were fresh/hot. He said the soup had great flavor and the dessert was also delicious. Our server, Brianna, was kind, was good at check backs, and thorough.

Food was amazing. We were seated surprisingly quick, considering it was Father's Day and packed. Our server, Monica, was awesome... very helpful, attentive and fun! Had a great experience!

Amazing service tonight! Busy Father's Day weekend with baseball, so we ordered a Filet Blooming Bundle to take home to eat! Food was outstanding, but the sweet servers, greeted us curbside, as soon as we drove in. No wait, complete order, with extras, packed for travel and still hot, and yummy when we got home! Made a busy weekend, so much easier! Thanks, Outback Viera!

After 5 years we decided to give Outback another chance. ( pervious multiple bad experiences in Merritt Island) We arrived at the Outback in Viera. It was very slow so we were seated quickly. Our server Brianna brought out bread and got our drinks. We ordered the blooming onion which was over cooked when it was brought out. We asked for a side of ranch. 20 min later I got up and asked the hostess for a side of ranch as there was no sign of any servers or the bartender. Our server came by after she saw the hostess dropped off the ranch. We had to ask her for a refill instead of looking and asking us. We ordered the 14.99 specials and the 6oz center cut was done exactly as ordered and was flavorful. The chopped steak which was ordered med came out rare. After tracking down our server we sent it back. It came out again wrong but my spouse who was hungry just ate it.( the guy who dropped it off put the plate down and walked away) No one came by to check on us or ask if it was correct this time , see if we needed anything else or refill our drinks. Beyond disappointed in our experience. A little better than Merritt Island but not by much. Last time we will ever spend money at an Outback too many better choices.

The restaurant had maybe 10 tables in the building. Everything came out slow and cold.

Steaks the way to go

Nope will not get my money again manager and 6 employees standing around while 1or2 employees are hard at work our last visit was bad gave them a second chance ..food was horrible everything was cold you spend good money to go home hungry and disappointed and we were not the only unhappy customers there tonight

Ordered to go ...order was ready on time brought it out to the car. Food was prepared exactly as asked and was delicious. Prime rib was cooked to our specifications..sides were correct. We were expecting them to be a little behind because it was Mothers day..but it was right on time. The girl that brought it out to thecar was very friendly..polite and professional.

Everytime I go to Outback, I say, "this is the last time." Then I go and go again and leave disappointed. They are understaffed. Understandably, we were there at the peak of lunch time and were 1 table of only 6 tables for what appeared, 2 servers, 1 of them the bartender who was undoubtedly having a bad day. The food, well it was soooooo salty. There are loads of restaurants in this area, most of them very successful. There is opportunity for Outback corporate and management to visit these other restaurants so they can see what they are doing to stay busy and people keep wanting to come back.

Excellent steak! Cooked to perfection!

If I could give them all the stars in the sky I would. This is by far the best experience at an Outback yet! The service, food, and atmosphere were top tier! Jessica, the manager, took great care of me. I can’t wait to bring my parents to this location when they visit. The steak, omg, was scrumptious with the roasted garlic butter. Everything was amazing but I was craving steak and they did not disappoint!!

Over a hour for food, waitress did not know how to order on tablet. Brought out wrong drinks and brought out wrong salads.

What can say about Outback. We have never been disappointed with the food but I must admit this particular Outback could use some TLC. The floors needed cleaning and so did the table. There was food all over the floor where we were being seated…better yet the patrons need to learn how to eat.

My one big splurge, and it was worth the wait. The food was cooked to perfection and served promptly. My server was helpful and made a good recommendation for a fruity non-alcoholic drink that felt very fancy. The hostess was very pleasant and the atmosphere was cozy without being stuffy. Highly recommend!
