The kitchen grades better than the reviews do. Reviews mentioning service average 3.4 stars, so it divides opinion rather than settling it. Pacing follows at 24% of reviews, where ratings average 2.2.
Behind those, plate size is raised in 19% of reviews (3.0 average). Newer reviews score better than older ones (3.9 recent against 3.1 earlier), so direction is worth weighing alongside the average. If you had to pick one number to represent this corpus it would be 5, the most frequently given rating (9 reviews).
On the inspection side the picture is cleaner: DBPR graded this kitchen an A (97/100), with 1 intermediate violations. Whatever the reviews argue about, sanitation is not the weak point. DBPR last walked in on February 13, 2026. Across its inspection history the kitchen is improving, which argues for giving it the benefit of the doubt. That puts it ahead of 68% of graded kitchens in Brevard County. The citations behind that grade include handwash sinks accessible.
If speed of service is what you care about, the reviews are the better guide here; if it is the kitchen, the grade is. Everything above is computed from the 21 reviews reproduced below.

Hostile work environment, aggressive behavior taking orders from customers making them feel ignored
-
Must have a new cook very delicious

My husband loves the new prime rib

Tia was working the counter and she is the best! 5 star customer service from her!! Everyone else there seemed lovely too, all great at their jobs.

This location was a disappointment. The worker, Osiel, was extremely stingy with the entree portion. My bowl was basically fried rice with a rumor of orange chicken, with at least a 2 to 1 ratio of rice to entree. She also refused to let me sample an item, even though sampling has been standard at every other Panda Express location I have visited. This seems like a problem with this specific location. I paid for a bowl, not a treasure hunt with a map in a bottle. I would go to a different Panda Express where they actually portion the food properly.

Benjamin “Benji” and Charles gave my mom and I the best service. You could see how busy they were and had been, between to-go and in person orders and were still smiling and so kind to us. Food was fresh and hot. Thank you both and the rest of the team !!

The only reason why the service was not 5 star is because i started ordering my plate at 9:35pm and when i was about to choose the sides, i said it’s my first time here as I was walking to the other side to see what side dishes they have. However, the staff said, well we are closing soon. It took me about 20 seconds to get my plate ordered but felt it was unnecessary for her to rush me like that. Let alone I was the last one in line to place a to-go order and there were still several people dining in at that moment. Beware first timer

Today, May 21st, I stopped by to pick up an order that had been placed online half an hour earlier. When I arrived at 12:00, it wasn't ready. I waited 20 minutes, then asked a female employee—a Hispanic woman who serves the food—why my order wasn't ready. She responded with a bad attitude, and then proceeded to yell at another employee right in front of the people working in the kitchen. Someone like that shouldn't be working in a place like this. To top it all off—just to really screw things up—the portion of meat she gave me was tiny.

Consistently delicious food options. Very casual done in or takeout options, but always hits the spot.

the sauce packets are ridiculous. you ask for them and they give you one or 2. on a 40 dollar order. they act like you asked them for money out of their pocket when you ask for extra. its insane. hot mustard nazis

excellent service thank you

Multiple times I have ordered 30 to 40 minutes ahead and end up waiting 30+ minutes when I get there. Last time Tirza was working the register and told me she doesn't have anything to do with my order, turned away, stood there, and just watched the only other 3 people work. This time Tirza is making orders. I ordered 30 minutes ago, show up, she, all of a sudden says she doesn't have one product and that I will have to wait longer. Then, once the other product is halfway ready, she rollers that she is out of another product that will take twice as long as the first. Idiocy!!! Each time I am standing beside these doordash drivers who are in the same boat as me and losing money. I tell everyone I see to stay away from this place. Don't go unless you like wasting time in a dump with a lazy, entitled, grumpy employee.

I recently stopped by Panda Express and had a really solid experience overall. The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out quickly, which is exactly what you want from a spot like this. My go-to order is the Orange Chicken with fried rice, and it definitely didn’t disappoint—crispy, saucy, and just the right balance of sweet and tangy. The portion sizes were generous, and everything tasted like it had just been made, not sitting out too long. The staff was friendly and kept the line moving efficiently, even during a busy time, which I appreciated. The restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable place to eat in. Whether you’re grabbing a quick meal on the go or sitting down for something fast and filling, Panda Express delivers consistency and good value. Overall, it’s a reliable choice when you’re craving quick, tasty Chinese-American food, and I’d definitely come back again.

We were helped by Benjamin. He was knowledgeable, kind, and generous. If he isn’t the manager, he could be. He was great and deserves to be recognized for being an efficient, friendly, and hardworking man. He made our day.

All around the worst panda in Brevard.

😋 Yummy 😋

This place never has chow mein. I was a regular customer, but the last 3 time I have been there they havent had chow mein. The first time they tried to give me a box full of cabbage. Its a shame. I dont reccomend at all. They just shrug when you complain. They twll you they will have more in 5 minutes, but there is never anyone in the kitchen. Just staff at the line. I dont write negative reviews, but after 3 times in a row its painfully obvious the place is mismanaged. Hire a cook to be in the kitchen instead of 3 cashiers standing around.

Good food. I have visited other panda expresses, and this place is great

The staff was extremely unfriendly and seemingly rushed through in store customers likely to focus on mobile orders. Only 6 shrimp in a honey walnut shrimp entree. Got a $30+ order and the person working the register outright refused to give me more than 3 teriyaki sauce packets while standing Infront of 2 bulk boxes of them.
