Community Rating
Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
The kitchen grades better than the reviews do. Reviews that raise how guests are treated average just 2.3 stars — this is where the complaints concentrate. Speed of service follows at 31% of reviews, where ratings average 2.6.
A third strand, portion size, appears in 25% of them at 2.0 stars. The split is 5 positive to 6 negative across 16 rated reviews, with 5 in the middle. 1 star is the modal score, given by 6 of the 16 reviewers who rated.
Against that, the kitchen inspects well — an A (94/100), 6 basic violations at the most recent DBPR visit. That inspection was on May 26, 2026. Across its inspection history the kitchen is declining, which argues for reading the older reviews with caution. On health score it sits safer than 54% of the Brevard County restaurants we grade. Among the items recorded were clean clothes and nonfood-contact surfaces clean.
The weak part of this listing is the experience, not the sanitation — those are different failures. Everything above is computed from the 16 reviews reproduced below.

I usually love this place... but lately the chicken pieces have been extremely small... The flavor is still very good!!! If I had dined in, I would have asked for bigger pieces of chicken... I mean the pieces I got were really small!!!

This location stands out for its exceptional service and immaculate standards. The staff here is remarkably friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, making every visit a seamless experience. Additionally, the facilities are consistently neat, well-organized, and the restrooms are kept noticeably clean and well-maintained. It is clear that the team takes pride in both their service and their environment. Highly recommended for great service in a pristine setting!

I understand that some days may be busier than others, but today was just absolutely wild. Like wasn’t overwhelming, and the dining room was relatively empty. I placed a mobile order at 1:25 and arrived around 1:35. I am currently writing this review in the restaurant at 2:02 with still no order, with my most recent update being “5 minutes” no more no less. The staff seems uncaring and slow, and they blamed everything on the cook. And no, my order was not large, it was just under 40 dollars, 3 main entrees and a few sides. This is beyond ridiculous, and I’m positive I won’t be back to this location. It is now past the 5 minute expected wait as well as I finished the review, and no food. Absolutely horrible.

So i'm giving it three stars across the board.Because I gotta see how it goes from here. And looks like they have cleaned house, and we'll see how that goes, but so far so good.

Waited 35 minutes for a small combo order. When I did eventually get my order it was wrong. Also tried to call to get an update on the order and no one answered the phone, this is while 4 employees were working and no other customers were in the dining area/ drive through.

Food is good but staff is slowwww🤷♂️
-
Horrible, got all the way home and missed half the order and then they had the nerve to not answer the phone, yall the worst. Terrible no service long waits no communication and apparently they can’t count because half the order was missing. Close it down

Ordered classic and got half spicy. Mash potatoes tasted like the box it came in.

For Gods sake who owns this restaurant. It’s a shame to the whole Popeyes franchise. Has to be the worst Popeyes in American

Was going to leave a bad review but after reading the others, it seems to be the norm for this place. Def avoid this establishment, the one on 192 is worth the extra drive..

As a GM in the food industry for many years. I was very impressed with the quick, friendly and professional service I experienced while visiting your establishment. The young ladies really know the meaning of service with a smile.. love that attitude!! Will definitely recommend.

This place should be closed, no one cares about there job there or servicing customers. Standing waiting to place an order, no one even acknowledge me. I asked after waiting for five minutes I asked the young lady do they take order at the counter and she said no. A manager had her to take my order. Truly need a new manager to allow employee display such negative services.
