Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
Reviews and inspection point the same way here. Where how guests are treated comes up, the rating that follows averages 5.0, so it reads as a strength. Value for money is the next most common subject, in 25% of reviews (averaging 4.4).
Behind those, cleanliness is raised in 15% of reviews (4.0 average). 5 stars is the modal score, given by 19 of the 20 reviewers who rated. Of the 20 rated reviews, 19 sit at four stars or better and 1 at two or below.
Against that, the kitchen inspects well — an A (90/100), 2 intermediate and 4 basic violations at the most recent DBPR visit. That inspection was on December 19, 2025. That puts it ahead of 42% of graded kitchens in Brevard County. Among the items recorded were cross-contamination.
Both measures agree, which is the least complicated version of this page. Everything above is computed from the 20 reviews reproduced below.

*Editing this review as I can't make another post* Once again, Premiere Theaters Oaks 10 continues to be a great location for Movie related field trips. Joaquin & Erick are always very professional when coordinating dates. pricing and movie selection. Even day of the trip, him and his staff were very well coordinating with preparing snack packs and dispensing beverages in a well organized and efficient manner allowing a group of 24+ to easily go from concessions to their designated theater. Will always be looking forward to our next theater field trip dates.

Great local theater definitely prefer this theater over the bigger name theaters
-
Fantastic, Unbeatable Movie Prices anytime and every day! $6 or less‼️Nice interior, very large, balcony, marble floors and restaurants in the same Mall.

Theater is very clean.staff was super friendly and concession had a good variety of food and beverage items at reasonable prices.if I had to find anything to complain about it would have to be that there wasn't enough parking in the lot I had to wait for a spot for a few minutes but thats because there is great restaurants here as well as a bar.highly recommend for a fun family friendly night out.i will certainly be returning again.

Just a movie theater

I’ve always loved this theater, and today just reaffirmed why I choose to be a patron, HERE over every other theater in the county. The free summer kids movie program, is the most generous, kind way I’ve seen a business give back to the community EVER. My granddaughter and I arrived to a packed house. Summer camps, families, large groups all waiting to watch a movie. A FREE movie. No catch. Just come in, sit down and enjoy. I did purchase the $4 box of goodies for my granddaughter and a bag of peanut M&M’s, for a grand total of 13 dollars all in. The theater was packed, kids of all ages, singing and being juts that KIDS. You didn’t have to worry that someone was gonna get mad, you got to enjoy a/c and allow JOY to fill the room, by watching kids be happy. Thank you guys, you all are such a special part of the community.

This theater is so unique. Its peaceful, respectful and A+ service. I love coming here, I feel relaxed and safe to go to the movies alone

The best local movie theater. Locally owned and operated. Always our go to for movies. They also have old movie features too. That is fun to relive some of the greats.

The movie was wonderful. Theater 6 smelled absolutely disgusting. I saw Pressure in Theater 6. The movie itself was wonderful. The theater, however, was not. Theater 6 smelled like someone had taken a dump in the center of the auditorium. I am not saying it smelled a little stale or like old popcorn. I mean it smelled like feces or sewage. It was bad enough that I moved to the top corner of the theater because that was the only place where it seemed mildly better. At one point, the movie was building serious dramatic tension, and I was trying to decide whether the Allied invasion of Normandy or the odor in Theater 6 was the more pressing crisis. The ticket was cheap, but that does not excuse this. A lower-priced theater still needs to be clean and breathable. I paid to watch a movie, not to participate in an immersive plumbing disaster. Again, Pressure was excellent. But Theater 6 needs to be inspected, deep cleaned, and fixed before more customers are seated in there.

Had a great time!

It's very nice and usually never crowded but the seats could be a little more comfortable other than that everything is perfect my church is hosting an event there like they do every summer and I'm very excited

I will never go to another big-biz theater again! This place is AMAZING for so many reasons. 1st its locally owned. 2nd the tickets are LESS THAN HALF the cost of those big theaters. 3rd its a beautiful building with tons of character. 4th the snacks are WAY cheaper! And last, but certainly not least, They Hired STAR WARS CHARACTERS for The Mandalorian and Grogu opening! What a fun surprise to walk out of the movie to storm troopers and tons of other characters! Thank you to the owners for creating this magical experience!
