Slow as hell

This sonic is good. The best sonic in Melbourne

So I had a delivery took over an hour for the driver to come here. Did not have my order. So I called the store talked to some young girl who said she was manager and said there was nothing she could do to help me because she doesn't have control of anything with the Sonic app. That I needed to get my refund from DoorDash. But I did not order through doordash I ordered through the Sonic app. I was not belligerent I was not cussing at her yelling screaming or anything else and yet she still refused to do anything for customer service and she hung up on me. I am so dissatisfied with this Sonic. I used to bring my kids there when they were little and it was better customer service. These children that they have running the store don't know what they're doing. So now I'm out of money that I spent on the meal and I still don't have my meal. And I have to try to find a way to get it through DoorDash I suppose which that's if they'll even acknowledge that their order was with them because I ordered it through the Sonic app. Very dissatisfied. Will not come back

Food is great. Service is great. Attitudes are great! The wait time could be a little bit better, but in all, you guys are great. What else would be great, is if you guys could train the staff at the North Wickham Road location. They dont have a clue about what's going on inside that kitchen. We make a trip out of our way to go to your sonic just so we can avoid the one on Wickham Road. Keep up the good work!

Chicken sandwich, fries, and shakes are amazing The burgers are a complete flop, idk if the onions are bad but absolutely not Something tasted sour

The All American Sonic Smasher is always great. I ordered through the app and it was ready fast when I checked in. Quick tip: if you’re just getting a burger, it comes out much faster — anything fried takes a little longer. Sonic has been consistently good everywhere I go, and the burgers come out hot and fresh. Definitely better than my workplace cafeteria burger and worth the price.

This location is super close to my house so I keep giving it a try but every single time the food comes out cold, stale and inedible. Portion sizes are terrible. Drive thru is slower than slow.

Refused to fix incorrect item, didn't give sauce

Its very old and out dated, and is very much in need of a refurbishment. However, the staff was nice and the food was ok.

Banana milk shake, the best thing on the menu.

Very upset with my service provided today by a lady named Jessica Not a family friendly place being serving by her. Her attitude was just not needed in the morning. Maybe another manager should work mornings for better service

I always have a great experience, great service, and great food. The line moves fast, and they always have everything in stock to serve. Definitely recommend this Sonic!
