Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
The headline average flatters this listing; the recent half does not. Where service comes up, the rating that follows averages 4.4, so it reads as a strength. Serving size is the next most common subject, in 27% of reviews (averaging 4.0).
18 of 22 rated reviews are four stars or higher; 4 are two or lower. How long an order takes shows up in 18% of reviews as well, averaging 4.0. If you had to pick one number to represent this corpus it would be 5, the most frequently given rating (16 reviews).
On the inspection side the picture is cleaner: DBPR graded this kitchen an A (97/100), with 3 basic violations. Whatever the reviews argue about, sanitation is not the weak point. DBPR last walked in on March 31, 2026. Its inspection trajectory is downward over the records we hold. Ranked against Brevard County, it is safer than 68% of the restaurants we score. The citations behind that grade include dishwashing facilities and nonfood-contact surfaces clean.
With both signals pointing the same way, there is little to argue about on this listing. Everything above is computed from the 22 reviews reproduced below.

Food was very good especially the mussles appetizer and braised pork. I'd stick with the casseroles next time. Service was great. Present but not pushy.
-
A very good place with great food. Terrific atmosphere and an absolutely to die for level of service. Would definitely recommend the Tong Chu Chicken and Lo Mein

Go on YouTube And type in criss cross adventures my mom and I just uploaded our dinner experience from today 3 minutes! Must watch before going

Mongolian beef meat was bad and roasted duck was salty. I hope I don’t get sick tonight.

Absolutely the best Chinese food I've ever had in any city!
-
Restaurant should be ashamed to call themselves Chinese restaurants since this food was terrible and not Chinese food. Food is not authentic Chinese restaurants but very bad American Chinese interpretation. You are better off going to Panda Express. I had better food at Panda Express than this restaurant. Service is very slow and terrible. Took over 30min to get food and waiters kept ignoring us and putting more attention into an America family who came after us. Do not waste your money or time here. You will have better food at a fast food restaurant and not as expensive. It was so bad that we could not finish the food because it was so salty, too sweet and so greasy that when we were asked if we wanted to take it home my only words out of my mouth was “God Noooo”. I would really have to hate someone to send them here. Ratings: 0 starts

REAL CHINESE FOOD. QUALITY!!!
-
Telly, the owner is always in person to greet you as you enter his restaurant. The food has never disappointed us. Telly, himself will personally address all problems. The food is a gourmet Chinese Restaurant done elegantly right.
-
Outstanding...food and service. Ask for the large round table with the lazy susan...family style is best option for a truly magnificent experience.
-
Not really a traditional Chinese restaurant but the food was good and the service was excellent

Delicious and fresh made to order

We've been coming to Tely's for many years and they have been fantastic every time. Phenomenal made to order food and exceptional service. We've been here as just the two of us and in groups as large as large as nine with no issue. Make a reservation or it may be difficult to get in.

Great food, wonderful people, and warm friendly service! Had an incredible meal with unique items I haven’t tried before. Can’t wait to come back!
-
Excellent food and service. It's like a fresher, higher quality better tasting PF Chang's style. I had the orange peel beef I highly recommend it.
-
I ordered the Hong Kong Steak which came with white rice. It was $27 after taxes and definitely not worth it. The steak was small, salty and not very good. I also ordered it cooked medium but it was well done instead. The sauce and veggies were the best part. The rice was pretty much what you'd expect.

It was a great place to have dinner at. The staff was wonderful and the going was amazing

Very nice people and excellent food.

We loved the vegetable spring roll, the fish was amazing and so was the mandarin chicken. Plenty of rice throughout the meal. Highly recommend.

3/19 update. Got our food to go. Last time we ate there the chicken had a weird flavor and texture. We even questioned it with the owner. Got the same thing again and same issue. Stringy, funny tasting chicken. I ate half against my better judgements. Rest went into the garbage. Was terrible. I think either they velvet it and let it sit to long, or marinade and let it sit to long. But never a chicken dish again from there. This is just my thoughts. This place is a great find with delicious food. I would argue the one of the better Chinese in the area. Its small, so make a reservation. Or get takeout if you cant get in. The wait staff is interesting. This place wants to be formal, but it's not that type.of.place. its a nice place to go. So look presentable!! Now the food is great!! You may have to ask what is in the dishes, as the menu is not super descriptive. And chinese food can be subjective. Flavors are great! We had Sezchaun green beans, General.Tsos Chicken and Ja Jeong noodles. All were very good. You can bump up or lower spice if needed. Ours were perfect for what we liked. Ordered to go another night. Got chicken egg rolls. Very greasy. Main dishes were Hunan Chicken and Chicken with String beans. Both hot and great! This is a hidden gem!

Everything that I've had at Tely's in properly prepared and tastes great.

This place is a must each time we come to Florida!
-
Food is just ok. Food portions are small in my opinion for the price.
