Valeria was so kind and helpful! Great ice cream!

I’ve been a coming here for years with my wife and kids. Tonight my wife ordered a med. Vanilla cup and I ordered an orange slushie with vanilla. The total due was $11.35. I handed the employee $12.00 cash. He responded, “exact change only” I said here’s $13.00 cash keep the tip. He stated he can not accept tips. We had to use a credit card. While waiting for our order the employee advised me the slushie machine is now not working. I replied, just give me a med. cup of vanilla with some hot fudge. I was informed I owed a $1. Extra. What ever happened to customer service. Not a good way to retain loyal customers.

Soft-serve is so soft that it melts in 2 minutes. Near impossible to enjoy a cone even on a cool night. That plus the place is filthy. A good hosing once in a while wood help

I love going to Twistee Treat — the ice cream is great and the staff always works hard. But the fact that employees aren’t allowed to accept tips is honestly ridiculous. Service workers already don’t get paid enough, and tipping is one of the few ways customers can show appreciation for good service. The employees deal with long lines, heat, and constant rushes while still staying friendly and helpful. Allowing tips would help them feel valued and motivated. The no-tip policy just makes it seem like the company cares more about keeping all the money than supporting the workers who keep customers coming back.

Ordered a flavor they were out of but didn’t see the makeshift sign taped up to the drive thru speaker. Instead of apologizing that they were out, the punk behind the speaker decided tell me if I had read the sign, I’d know they were out of the flavor. This spot used to have nice/friendly/polite staff. Time for the manager to start setting up interviews.

Valeria is awesome, super friendly, fast, and always makes the experience better. She’s great with customers and clearly cares about what she does. Easily the best part of getting ice cream.

I stopped by very close to closing tonight and wanted to recognize Aldon (I hope I’m spelling that correctly) for such great customer service. He let me know they were closing soon, but in a very polite and professional way — not rushed or dismissive at all, which I really appreciated. A lot of places can feel unwelcoming right before closing, but that was definitely not the case here. He took my order, as well as two customers after me, with the same friendly attitude. My sundae was made quickly and exactly as ordered, and the whole experience was smooth and pleasant. I actually tried to leave him a tip since I was paying cash, but he let me know they aren’t allowed to accept them and said a review would be appreciated instead — so here it is. He absolutely earned it. Two customers behind me also asked about leaving a tip and were told the same thing. If the company sees this, I’d definitely encourage reconsidering that policy. When employees go above and beyond — especially right before closing — many of us would love the option to show our appreciation. I’ve been here before through the drive-thru, but this was my first time walking up to the window, and it was a great experience. If you see Aldon working, you can expect friendly, professional service.

Twistee Treat in Melbourne, FL was an absolute joy to visit. From the moment you pull up, the building itself—shaped like a giant ice cream cone—sets the tone with its fun and unique aesthetic. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff who made the experience even better. The ice cream was delicious, generously portioned, and very affordable. Easy 5 stars—highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area!

I come here almost everyday and pretty much get the same thing which is a large icecream cone and sometimes my cone will look like a large cone and other times it definitely looks like a medium cone depending who works the shift. Not only that but my husband got a sundae and they put so much whip cream that it was overfilling the cup and there was whip cream dripping all over my car with nuts. When my husband got home he had to scrape the top half off to not make a mess because there was whip cream all outside the cup :/ besides that Valeria was really sweet and so is everyone else there!

Valeria was absolutely amazing and she is so beautiful and helpful with her knowledge of the menu and her bilingual skills. She served us very quickly and was extremely friendly and helpful with all of our questions

This can not be real ice cream. It’s sad these days everything is fake. I miss real ice cream. I won’t be back and it’s unfortunate because the place is a cute local business I’d like to support. BRING BACK REAL ICE CREAM!! This “ice cream” taste like sweetened goo with a melted marshmallow texture.
