Community Rating
Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
Worth separating two things on this listing: how the food is received, and how the kitchen inspects. Reviews that raise front-of-house average just 2.3 stars — this is where the complaints concentrate. After that, wait times appears most often — 41% of the corpus, averaging 2.9.
A third strand, the state of the room, appears in 18% of them at 3.7 stars. Of the 17 rated reviews, 8 sit at four stars or better and 9 at two or below. The single most common rating left here is 1 star (7 of 17). Dates on these reviews range from Nov 2025 to May 2026.
Against that, the kitchen inspects well — an A (92/100), 1 high-priority violations at the most recent DBPR visit. The visit behind that grade was November 13, 2025. That puts it ahead of 49% of graded kitchens in Brevard County. For specifics, the last inspection cited food from approved source.
The weak part of this listing is the experience, not the sanitation — those are different failures. Full reviews follow below in the order they were left.

The cleanliness is actually pretty decent, except that there is a foul sewer stench coming from the restroom.
-
Very clean. Workers were very nice. Service was great! Will go there again!
-
The doors were locked at 5:45PM on a Friday. Plenty of workers inside but extremely rude when I asked why the door was locked and I couldn’t get in to pick up my online order. What’s the point of ordering pick up if I have to wait in the drive thru?
-
They forgot my nuggets :( and food was cold. Just double check on your way out before driving off. Lady on the speaker was nice though!

Prices are a LOT different on website than at window. $3.99 bacon burger .99 fries and .99 baked potato was $15.80 at the window. Will not be back. Shame because food was good. This is the Wendys by the college on Wickham.
-
Very slow drive thru and under staffed
-
I now can see why nobody was in there. At first I thought that everything was ok until I saw how dirty everything was the whole place was a mess the kitchen too. Personal very rude making you to order as fast as you can. Burgers were very old and nasty.
-
We stopped there at 10pm and it was locked, despite the sign saying that it was open until 1am. An employee was sitting inside and ignored us.
-
This place should be shut down, doors are locked at 530pm drive, through open, wrong order had people standing in the rain walking back to the drive widow.
-
Horrible service. I didn't even order. Had me standing there for 5 minutes.

0 stars for this Wendy's location. I'm an insulin dependent diabetic and luckily I wasn't suffering from an emergency case of low blood sugar when my boyfriend and I attempted to order food at the drive through at 12:45AM - 15 minutes prior to closing time - according to Google and Wendy's own website; we were told the restaurant was closed (to which I responded "Aren't you supposed to be open 'till 1:00AM?) and the employee stated "it was just what her manager said"... I was very calm and polite when I then asked why the location needed to be closed early, but was given no explanation or apologies for the inconvenience. I'm going to assume this is a simple case of employees being too lazy to do their jobs 'till actual closing time. I sincerely doubt there was some genuine urgent emergency that prohibited that employee and that manager on duty from making me my chicken nuggets with fries or a baconator. I hope I'm incorrect, and that there was a reasonable and hopefully untragic emergency that unfolded behind the Wendy's walls - but once again - I HIGHLY doubt it. Why am I so angry for being denied fast food?... Well, now I'm actually suffering from an episode of low blood sugar and need to end this rant and eat whatever I can scrape up from ingredients in my fridge. The irony. All because this Wendy's is unreliable and only open when employees and managers deem that they feel like working.
-
Unbelievable that $23 was spent on hardly nothing. But the fries were super hot and fresh, and the burger was great.
-
Good value meals.
-
One of the few Wendy's surviving in Brevard County, FL
-
to be honest, this location is terrible.
-
Quick, accurate, friendl.
-
I work near this location so I go there about 3-4 times a month. Orders are always accurate, quick service and friendly associates. Recommend this location.
