Excellent food and service

Always enjoy Carrabba's. We've been going for years. Spot on perfect 99% of the time. They have wonderful seasonal specials, too. Went for New Year dinner 2025, it was outstanding! It's always a pleasant experience.

The food was delicious, but the star was my husband's filet. We were not expecting it to be that good! Definitely will be back just for it!

Order for pick up which there whole pick up system is ridiculous go inside to pick up my order then was told to go outside and pull my car into a number parking spot like what I’m already inside to get my food waste of time food was hot and good other then that

I want to recognize Kylah, Merritt Island. I had a special request and Kylah went the extra mile to help me. I so appreciate her.

Great service

Had a Sunday brunch and simply had a wonderful time, and felt the need to write a review. There were two delightful hosts and the girl remembered us and chatted so felt very welcomed. Had Folade and the service was excellent very attentive. Quick refills. Had the chicken Bryan very delicious but the mash was a little too chunky for me but good flavor and partner had the martino with sauasage very good just wish there was more sauce but not bad at all.

Ordered med.Steak it was served rare.paid extra to make it marsala.mushrooms couldn't find any marsala sauce. Ask the waitress for some marsala sauce 15 minutes later she brings it to the table go to place it down and Spills it all over the table and never replaced it. Paid extra for a Specialties side of asparagus which was old shriveled Andover cooked and flavorless. Ask for mashed potatoes found half potatoes still whole they should have called it smashed potatoes not mashed worst meal ever.

Just a really nice evening at Carrabbas. Staff was on point this evening.

Lana was great! Attentive, knowledgeable and a great attitude. We got to enjoy our favorite desserts after dinner.

The hostess was great. I bought the steak marsala lunch. There was more bread than there was meat. Maybe I'll try it again on another day. Too much bread

Excellent made to order

It was super busy for Mother's Day but they still got us in pretty quickly, got our food pretty quick...and it was good!

Clean, friendly, good food. Recommend.

Servers Olivia and Jeff are the best

I wish I had a better experience with my server because the food was amazing! The server was not attentive at all. We had to ask twice for refills, we were there a little over an hour and a half and she had to be asked every single time for anything. We had ordered appetizers and they didn’t come until after we had our entrees because she simply didn’t put them in. We had other people come over that were very nice but our main server was not. She had asked us about our experience and my mother in law told her exactly how it was and she laughed it off, we weren’t laughing. I wanted to speak to a manager regarding her behavior but unfortunately it was very busy on the other side and I didn’t want to take up time. The food was amazing though, every meal truly was delicious, I just hope they can work on better servers. I posted my receipt so hopefully the manager can narrow it down to the server. She didn’t even give us her name.

We had such an amazing experience at Carrabba’s thanks to our server, Folade! She was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. She made sure everything was perfect, kept a smile on her face the entire time, and truly went above and beyond to make our dining experience special. It’s rare to come across someone who is so exceptionally great at their job and clearly passionate about providing excellent service. Carrabba’s is lucky to have her, and I can’t wait to bring my family back because of the incredible hospitality she provided! The food is also great and the servings will almost always give you something to take home. 10/10 would recommend.
