Community Rating
Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
The kitchen grades better than the reviews do. Where service comes up, the rating that follows averages 4.0, so it reads as a strength. Whether it is worth the money is the next most common subject, in 21% of reviews (averaging 2.7).
Older reviews score better than newer ones (2.0 recent against 4.0 earlier), so direction is worth weighing alongside the average. If you had to pick one number to represent this corpus it would be 1, the most frequently given rating (5 reviews). One subject never comes up here: how clean the place looks.
On the inspection side the picture is cleaner: DBPR graded this kitchen an A (100/100) with no violations cited. Whatever the reviews argue about, sanitation is not the weak point. DBPR last walked in on April 16, 2026. The trend across inspections is improvement. Ranked against Brevard County, it is safer than 100% of the restaurants we score. No violations were recorded at that visit, which is the cleanest result available.
Worth separating: the complaints above cluster on how food arrives, not on the kitchen, which inspected well. Everything above is computed from the 14 reviews reproduced below.

The food has been horrible the last two times in i went for the first time last week for lunch the burger was dripping grease soggy bun I gave it the benefit of the doubt everyone has bad days so I went back for lunch today and it was the same thing dripping grease and soggy buns won't be back

Terrible service, the people who pass for staff there just stare at you and take forever to take your order.

Just paid 3.49 for a small seasoned fry which is on the cha ching menu for 1 99. If you order a classic burger and want to add anything to it cheese is .99 and anything else is over a 1.50. Idk what yall doing but the prices are awful for the quality of the food you have

The lady in the window tried to steal my change. Then when I called her out on it she pretended to forget but knew exactly how much I was owed without me mentioning it. Knew how much she shorted me without asking how much I was given

The employees who work here- April 8, 9, 10, and 11th between 10pm and 1am: have been making me the most fantastic fast food burgers available bar none. I am not a huge a fast food fan, but when I do want a burger I go to Checkers. Sometimes it is a bit wonky, like any fast food nowadays- but NOT AT THIS LOCATION. THEY MAKE THE NICEST NUMBER 1 BURGER OF ANY CHECKERS I HAVE BEEN TO IN THE STATE. Neat and with care. It's absolutely phenomenal, I never get bad food when I come here. This is actually why I have eaten here every night for the last 4 days straight. I travel, a lot, purely for pleasure, and I am just really impressed by the food quality I get from this specific location. So I want to take the time to highly recommend it. Thanks for making me the best burgers guys (and girls!)!!!!!

Solid burger , friendly staff
-
Checkers is really good and the vip meal is great and affordable
-
They have difficulty following instructions by not including tomatoes. I would not go back. I paid almost $9 for a double burger when I just wanted a single with bacon and BBQ sauce. It was the same price as a double bacon. Never again.

Happy the Mushroom Swiss burger is back agreed many years!
