Very cute little shop with fresh food!! Their iced coffees are great to go along with some donuts and their stuffed buns!

Great place. Staff was helpful and food was amazing! Perfectly balanced of dough and meat. The bread was perfectly fluffy and warm slightly sweet. Great for hangovers or quick on the go or even just a chill meet up.

Leaving Texas and coming back to Florida looking for Kolaches is like finding a needle in a haystack. These are hands down the best Kolaches ive ever had! Breading is super flavorful and not dry. And the filling is very good and not super spilly. The doughnuts are very good as well not your normal greasy donut flavor. Great oil usage for frying the doughnuts.

I’m from Houston, TX and the food out there is on another level. These Kolaches are the best I’ve had and I already know I’m going to be a regular.

True Kolaches. Tge bread is soft and moist. Fillings are great. Sausage and gravy was my favorite. But the ham, egg and cheese and the ham and swiss was tasty too.

I just wanna start the owner is a very nice guy, very helpful and by god, that man can cook this is the absolute best food I have had in years. Extremely flavorful, soft, and what’s crazy is that goes for every single item he makes, did I mention he makes everything in house? If you don’t know about kolache let him tell you what it is, the prices are not super expensive, by yourself a kolache and from a Brevard native, and person who loves to try new places to eat, this will 110% be my new and only breakfast place/bakery place

Just moved here and this place is awsome, grabbed some donut holes a bomber and the smoked jalapeño kolache. All amazing this is definitely my goto place for now on.
