Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
An A inspection result sits behind a review average of just 2.8. Reviews that raise the staff average just 2.0 stars — this is where the complaints concentrate.
More reviewers landed on 1 star than any other score — 5 of 13. What nobody raises here is serving size — it goes unmentioned across all 13 reviews. 5 of 13 rated reviews are four stars or higher; 7 are two or lower.
The health record runs ahead of the reviews. The last DBPR inspection returned an A (98/100) with 2 basic violations. That result dates from December 8, 2025. That puts it ahead of 76% of graded kitchens in Brevard County. What the inspector actually wrote up: food-contact surfaces clean and sanitized and plumbing installed & maintained.
Worth separating: the complaints above cluster on how clean the place looks, not on the kitchen, which inspected well. The reviews themselves follow, unedited and newest first.

I was treated like garbage at this place.

Very disappointed with my experience today. I ordered this burger based on the picture shown on the menu, but what I received looked nothing like it. There was no lettuce, no fresh toppings, just a piece of breaded chicken between two buns. The chicken looked old, dry, and tasted like it had been sitting there for a long time. This is unacceptable for a restaurant like McDonald’s. Customers should receive fresh food that matches what is advertised. I will not be returning to this location unless they improve their quality and service.

Order was wrong. Chicken was barely warm and the fries were soggy.

was rudely told by the new older african american woman in the drive thru "come on, take your food, get out of here" after receiving my food.

Best McDonald's is super outstanding from a service to the food They have this meal deal that is really good. Cheese mcmoffin coffee and hash brown the team here is super awesome. I met some of the ladies pretty eyes. Young vest and the manager, who has been here for a decade. And I see why! Leadership always trickle down from the top!

It’s a bit late, but back in April 2024, I was pregnant and living in the apartment complex just a few streets down from the McDonald's. I was craving a hamburger *so bad*, so I put on a cute light-blue dress and walked over to the McDonald's. When I got there and ordered it—I promise you—it felt like pure bliss. Then, a lady who works there approached me and gave me a chocolate chip cookie as a gift. It might sound a little silly, but I will always carry that gesture in my heart 🩷 (I love you, McDonald's lady!)

Just gonna wanna say thank you to the individual tonight. That works for this establishment, what you did for me tonight by buying the meal. Ment the world to me and truly, it helped me regain a little bit of hope in society nowadays, as for I have been down on my luck for some time.\n And not only did you give me meal to eat tonight, but you actually helped me with fuel in the car also. Without even knowing it\n So I wanna say from the bottom of my heart, truly, thank you. It's good to eat like that that those of us that are down in the dumps or against our luck put a smile on her face. Just because of one seemingless gesture\n So thank you once again, thank you.

They discriminate against anyone who appears under the age of 18, or has a disability. I have a disability that requires easy access to restrooms, and was refused access to the restroom, and was told to pee outside on my last visit here in December 2025. Now I am being refused any form of service due to my age, because a couple rowdy teens got into a fight, they banned anyone who looks under 18. I had already placed my order via the mobile app and I was told I would not be getting my order or a refund when I called the in store phone to tell them I had already placed my order and was just here to pick it up. This is blatant discrimnation on the basis of age and illegal under Florida law. I have filed a discrimination complaint with the FCHR.
