We ordered alot of food here. I was highly disappointed with the spinach dip with chips. They packed the plate with chips and half of the dipping bowl with dip and when we ask if we can get some more to finish the chips we were told no they cannot do that. They could have least put enough dip for the chips. The other food was good. Bathroom clean and nice, service good atmosphere good. Highly disappointed with that particular appetizer.

We love this place! We come 1–2 times a week and always get great service and excellent food. We are a little bummed they removed the candy dispensers, it was always a staple part of the visit for my daughter. Hoping they bring them back! 🤞

I have literally had better service in my life!!! Fantastic group of people and very tasty food. If you have Eric as a waiter, you're in for a treat!

Best wings ever! Had them tossed on oolie doolie butter and topped with Parmesan after seeing the viral wings on Instagram by Mariahdanielle a former Outback employee now social media influencer.

Had to recook food 2 times

Okay so funny story my gf got a blooming onion and requested sauce on the side due to an egg allergy. A line cook brought out our onion with the sauce cup in the middle and sauce spilled across half of it. The guy apologized for the presentation. I told him there's an egg allergy at the table and we ordered with it on the side. He told me it has no eggs. I told him the sauce has an egg base. He told me no, it has a mayo base. 🤦 He walked away after that. I wish he didn't run off so quickly so I could ask him how mayo is made! Our server, Kim, was awesome! Extremely kind and efficient. She apologized and brought us a new one. Overall a good experience.

It's official Merritt Island Outback one of the best! (Do not eat list) in the state! I just had lunch for two it was not good and seed oil in the butter that's" draw the line" my chicken was so small and tough and one side I've got this oil from the butter just taking over the potato there's so much vegetable oil in it is it best at 5 oz piece of chichen "A-JOKE" no bacon and it was tough and think it was four bites my brother shrimp wasn't much better and of it's twice the price half the quality from 5 years ago and twice the price! stick a fork in me I'm done!.. 50$ lunch 👎

Two of our three dinners were not cooked correctly. This dinner took forever because of the incompetent cook. Our waitress was wonderful. It wasn't her fault. The manager keep bringing us the steaks that had not been cooked correctly yet didn't take anything off the bill. They gave us one free dessert for the 3 of us Not good enough for the disaster of a dinner. Very disappointed.

We’ve been eating here for 30 years. We met the new owner, Chuck on Friday night. He came by the table to see how everything was. Past managers and owners, never came by. He listened to all my comments. He was so nice and genuinely listened. The food has always been excellent here, and the service and cleanliness of the restaurant. Drew is our favorite server, he’s just so nice, and always suggests something new. Ginny is the Hostess, she always greets you with a smile. I’m always disappointed when she’s not there. We’ve been to other Outback’s, but this by far, is our absolute favorite. We wish Chuck the best, in his Restaurant…

The front desk service was great, and although the server was just okay at first, she was good overall and really took care of us, making the service perfect. The food was amazing, including the kids’ sirloin, onion bloom, New York strip, mac and cheese, and sweet potato with cinnamon. Great taste and a lot of food for the money. Non-alcoholic drinks were amazing. Definitely recommending this place.

We went to Outback today and the owner gave my nephew a free dessert for winning the little league district championship. Shout out to Chuck for coming out to chat with patrons & supporting the local community. I got the chimichurri medallions, loaded baked potato, and the blooming onion petals, everything cooked perfectly.

Great food and great service! We got the three course Aussie meal with the blooming burger and it was fantastic! It also comes with soup or salad, one side and cheesecake.

Me and my parents have been going to outback for a while. Lately the food has seemed to be worse in quality. Last time my plate was full of broccoli water and soggy stale fries and fried chicken that was really greasy and not well drained. It’s honestly not really acceptable to get that quality of food for $25 dollars a meal. I didn’t send it back because the waiter was very busy and I was afraid it would be a longer wait and I just didn’t feel comfortable with the service. We were all bloated and had stomach aches after eating there last time. So now we are pretty hesitant to keep returning. It seems this location has been starting to go downhill lately. We hope things will improve though.

Went to eat with my Son, our server was polite just not very knowledgeable. I specifically requested my chicken breast to be char grilled and well done. It came out undercooked after being done on the flat top! I sent it back again specifically asking it to be redone on the regular grill! Again it came back with the same toppings they just pushed off after they put the same cut of chicken back on the flat top grill which only fries food. Even my Sons sirloin wasn't grilled, it was fried on a flat top griddle! I will never recommend or eat there again!

Food is terrible now! I’ve been going to Outback Steakhouse for over 20 years. I just can’t believe the price you pay for subpar food. The portions have gone down dramatically and the inconsistency with food is very surprising. We were a party of 10 and every adult with our party was not impressed with there in fact very disappointed ☹️. So sad to see this restaurant go down like this after so many years of loving to go here. Our service was great so I don’t want to put them down for that everyone was super friendly and nice hence why I did more stars but ultimately food is why we were there! Unfortunately we will not return 😒
