Something is very wrong with the water at this location. Every time I order a drink, It has a background taste of what I would imagine toilet water tastes like. If I’m paying over five dollars for a beverage,I’d at least like it to taste good.

Great Chz Stix & specialty drinks, but b prepared for a long wait in the drive through line.. this has happened multiple times, and the last time I left, never made it up for my food, after sitting for 11min.

The food was ok, the service was ok. One problem: we ordered 2 orders of 5 chicken tenders for our 2 children. After they gave us our order, we noted that there was no dipping sauce. So, we asked for BBQ sauce. The young lady gave us 1 sauce. We said we have 2 orders of chicken tenders, so we will need 2 containers of BBQ sauce. She told us that she can't give it to us and that we had to ask for the sauce while placing the order so that the item would show on the receipt. Otherwise, the owner will think the employees were stealing. So, my husband had to buy the sauce separately after also paying for the chicken tenders. That policy sucks!

Everything was perfect. Loved the milkshakes we got super thick and delicious. Just wish the straw was bigger but other then that. Everything was great

Just waited a while to get some drinks and food here, grills seem like they must be dirty with the way the food taste, and the water must not be filtered. Taste like dirty hose water coming through the soda. I would avoid this location if you can!

Both of my burgers were raw, my nuggets were rock hard, and the fries were soggy.

Good for price. Chilidogs were delicious

Came for 2 regular hot dogs. One of the two regular hot dogs came out a chili dog, (due to employees mistake.) Wouldn’t have been a big deal, if it didn’t take 20+ minutes to fix & by “fix” I mean be given the wrong hot dog yet again…(only this time it was smothered in ketchup.) So much so that it was inedible. (The kicker is), is that it was supposed to be mustard and onion only. When I asked to speak to a manager, Kaitlyn “the manager” came forward saying she herself made the second hot dog & didn’t see what the issue was. One can only think this was intentional.

Food was ok.

Waited 35 or so minutes for a $4 order and watched as they served every car that came after me. I ordered ahead of time so I could quickly get my food and get to an appointment. The "in the kitchen" icon sat for a while until it said Katie is bringing me my food. The icon disappeared as they marked it as "served" so I hit the red button and waited another 3-6 minutes. I drove away. I am still going to be late. Learn from my mistake. Drive through or nothing. If you get a mobile order go through the drive thru.

Pressed the button... waited nothing... a server comes to the car next to us, asked if we have been helped, I replied no.... still no one answered the speaker... 2 cars pull to the stalls on my right... pushed the button and were helped immediately... not sure what was happening here

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Because it will take them at least 10 tries to get your order correct. The employees absolutely do not care about doing their job and the location is likely mismanaged. I like Sonic as a drive through, so I've been giving this one numerous opportunities to do anything right. All 7 times I've been the order has been butchered. On top of that it takes them forever to get your order done, I'm not sure what takes so long to get room temperature food that you didn't order. I even called to ask them what is included on the sonic smash burger, to which they responded with "I dunno right now". This place is the worst fast food option on the entire Island. Trash.

Place has gone downhill! Seems the same way last several times I went. Will not be going again. The evening Waite time with no one in line is very very long. 2 younger guys there this night. Waited over 20 min for food. I pass by and don’t really see anyone going to sonic that much anymore and now I see why…

First time going to Sonic. Saw the advertisement for the All American Burger meal deal for $6. This is a great value but what I got had much to be desired. The burger was a decent size with two thin smashed patties, with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes that were not ripe, pickles and onions ketchup and mayo. It wasn't bad but not great. I got the tator tots instead of fries. Initially it tasted fine, then came the awful aftertaste of old oil, that left a terrible aftertaste. I could not finish them. My regular Coke had a terrible aftertaste as well, like overly chlorinated water was used. A definite chemical taste. So the price is right, but ultimately I would likely not go back given the poor taste.

Ordering in the app or at the stall means you have to wait for EVERYONE in the drive through to get their orders. This is the second time I have placed an order and parked and watched as there are only 1 or 2 cars in the drive through when the order is placed but then the line slowly fills up and customers come and go while I sit and watch and my order comes out more than 10 minutes past the time they say it will be ready. My order only comes out when the drive through is completely cleared. Very frustrating and very disappointing. And they waited until 13 minutes passed the time that it says it will be ready before they tell me they are missing something in my order. I did not receive my order until 17min passed the expected time

I haven't been to a Sonic's in so long I was super excited when we found this one. I think I jumped a curb to get here. I got a chili cheese dog... onion rings and a strawberry limeade. Husband got a chicken sandwich on Texas toast and the kid got chicken nuggets. This was hot and fresh and I stuffed it all in before boarding our ship...I was very satisfied with this choice.

I don’t know what is going on at this Sonic, but it’s absolutely insane. Extremely excessive wait ! 15 minutes for 2 drinks is ridiculous. Either staff the place properly or shut it down! The one guy working was nice & apologized, I know it’s not his fault it’s management. So management needs to get it together !
