What diners say — our read

Reviews and inspection point the same way here. How guests are treated tends to be raised approvingly here, averaging 5.0 stars. After that, value for money appears most often — 20% of the corpus, averaging 5.0.

The split is 19 positive to 1 negative across 20 rated reviews. Portion size shows up in 15% of reviews as well, averaging 5.0. 5 stars is the modal score, given by 18 of the 20 reviewers who rated.

The health record runs ahead of the reviews. The last DBPR inspection returned an A (100/100) and no violations cited. That inspection was on June 10, 2026. Its inspection trajectory is upward over the records we hold. On health score it sits safer than 100% of the Brevard County restaurants we grade. No violations were recorded at that visit, which is the cleanest result available.

With both signals pointing the same way, there is little to argue about on this listing. Read the originals below and judge the pattern yourself.

OMG. This pho was the best pho I’ve ever had. My partner and I both got the Pho Tai Nam per our servers suggestion (also, our server was incredible). The portion sizes are insane AND the pricing is so affordable!! I’m already excited to come back. There’s also a cute little seating area in the back if you want some outside time

Really good food. Spacing is a bit tight and it was rather busy when we went, but what may be cramped for some can be cozy for others

We had an amazing experience at Wabi Sabi in Merritt Island! Our waitress was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made the whole visit especially enjoyable for our kids. The chef was fantastic—the sushi came out quickly, was beautifully prepared, and tasted absolutely amazing. The spider roll was definitely my favorite! Great food, wonderful service, and an all-around excellent dining experience. We’ll definitely be back!

The krab angles are honestly very upsetting for $8 when you only get dimples of the filling, it’s barely there as you can see

  • March 20, 2026

Got the Mr. Billz roll and it was so good! It’s a cute little place with indoor and outdoor seating. If you’re like me you might get cold though so bring a jacket.

The food is fantastic. I haven't been there in years and I miss it. I've never found a better fusion of pho & sushi anywhere. Their pho broth is delicate and amazing. I miss it so much.
