Good food, good service.

Just came through the drive thru and my whole order was messed up even after i repreated to the drive thru manager this is the worst location Wendy's can have zoombie land

Came here on 6-17 to grab a bite and the guy working the drive through was very rude and nasty we were ordering our food and he kept saying what else do you want then he said damn pull up to the second window we got our food and the burgers were smashed if you don't like your job find another one I know for a fact that corporate doesn't care about any of the reviews because in the long run they are still making money that's what it is all about

Utterly abysmal service. Just a couple of miserable women just barely doing their jobs.

These guys were right on with the food. Great personalities as well

If i could give no stars i would … first off the night crew at the this location is bluntly unprofessional. While at the window providing customer service they’re using disgusting profanity. Second off the salad I ordered was a late night grab which means I was already hungry. Not only that the salad was sour , the lettuce was mushy , and the chicken was undercooked. This wouldn’t be the first time this location during THIS specific night has provided old food. Its disgusting and management needs to do better ! they’re not even worth ONE star i just had to put a star to make a reply. do better

Wendy's has my favorite burger. Junior bacon cheeseburger. Their frosties and a great summer treat.

No signs up to choose what you want. They put SMALL cards on counter with selections. Kitchen looks DIRTY. Will probably nor go back

This Wendy's could of been alot better the drive thru was not working the guy with blue shirt was cool and he refused to make food with out gloves but GG might need a customer service course or 2 I probably wont go back

All of the food was good and fresh. Restaurant is very clean.

I showed up a little before 1am. The drive thru lady told me they were closed. So I politely informed her the Google hours were wrong. She started screaming and cussing at me and told me to get a job. Just because I come to a disgusting establishment full of trashy workers doesn’t mean I’m unemployed. It could mean I wanted a frosty. I’m sure your staff would know that if you required them to have a highschool diploma.

I was just at the Wendy's in Merritt island n Courtneyparkway 1:20am and me and my girlfriend was sitting in the drive thru for 10mins saying hello but no response so i pulled up to the drive thru window around 1:35 and didn't see no manager in sight n a crew member told me that the restaurant was closed 30mins early due short shift but we seen about 4 people in store which feel that was a bunch of bs

Toya had the worst attitude and customer service I’ve ever received from this location. How do you allow such a rude individual to be apart of your management team? You just lost a repeat customer!

Quick hot lunch. But, what happened to the sweet and sour sauce?

Top tier customer service from the drive thru, food was hot and I received my order quickly with sauces and napkins. Not sure the employees name but I was there 12:45pm on Saturday 4/4 thanks keep it up Wendy’s

Rude staff. I did not get everything I ordered via the app and it made my choices for me. I wanted baconator fries and the app made them just salt free fries. DO NOT GO HERE DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. My son wanted it is the only reason I gave them another shot the last 4 times I have been to this location they have messed up something or another on my orders.

Good ol Wendy's at its finest forget just how good Wendy's is until you go in again
