I tried calling to tell them the tea made me throw up today (6/24) either because of too much sugar or a dirty urn so they could change it out but it just sends you to a call center :/

Never order through any good delivery service. You will never get a manger to pick up for issues on your order. I have been to other chipotle location in the past and have been fine. This location is horribly run. DO NOT ORDER

You always know when you go to a Chipotle Mexican Grill that you're going to get excellent food for the price. The crew was very attentive. Restaurant was very clean. Prompt courteous service. I always expect this and so far i haven't been disappointed.

It'd been sometime since we went to Chipotle. Staff didn't seem like they wanted to be there. No greeting, only one customer in the restaurant eating with her kids so it was not busy at all. Our food order was placed tbrough the app at 5:35 for a 5:50 pick up, i was there at 5:50 to pick it up. It was luke warm at best and the rice in one of the burrito bowls was clumped together like it had been there for awhile. Very little chicken in the same bowl. But again, my biggest complaint is the service. Staff did not seem like they wanted to be there, and it was an inconvenience. None of us like working, but we all like a paycheck. Probably won't be going back for awhile. Wasn't worth the price we paid

Quick reliable good food, they can get backed up during lunch rush but that is to be expected.

I spent over $11 on a bowl and when I got to the car I was absolutely shocked by what I saw. I sent this exact image to corporate and gave information on what time I received the bowl so they can investigate on there end. If they looked into the situation they could find for themselves thats this bowl was made exactly like this on the cameras. The response I got was “we cannot compensate every time an order isn't perfectly satisfying.” I have been here over 100 times and 5 times this past month never once complaining. Expecting to not be hungry after ordering a $11+ dollar bowl is too much to ask. Never giving them my money again.

Haven’t been to this Chipotle location in ages, and a free drink reward brought me in. Saddest salad ever (no dressing was included) and I was charged for my drink after scanning the coupon and my rewards card. Disappointing.

The food being served at this particular restaurant is too hot for my liking anymore. Until about a year ago, the food was excellent. But then someone got ahold of some hot spices and decided to go ahead and throw it in everything.

I keep giving them chances at this location mainly because it is the closest to my home, I enjoy Chipotle and I just keep hoping someone will come in and fix it. That being said the only thing consistent at this location is the inconsistency! They are usually (especially after 6pm) out of at least one of their staple toppings, queso, corn salsa, mild salsa or chips and if they're not out but low, they reserve that for mobile orders only. The amount of food you get, employee kindness and speed of service all widely vary depending on who is serving.

The service was excellent. Our food was awesome. The only thing is it's a bit loud in there so we get our food to go.

Food is always consistent and great!

Staff was nice and worked quickly. I got there around 11 AM though. I thought the food would be ready but the brown rice was not cooked well. Why was it still crunchy?

Oh my! This was probably the worst food I have ever eaten. The food literally tasted like a ball of salt. My husband an I decided no more chipotle for us the quality has gone down so much. Food is terrible!
