Fantastic food, great service, cute place to have a nice meal. Will 100% return.

Coffee and water was brought by 2 different waitressess. Our coffee creamer was curdled. The place was practically empty. Waited over 10 minutes and no one came to take our order. When we got up and left and mentioned no one came to take our order one of the waitresses was VERY rude. Went to pay for coffees and we mentioned to the waitress that brought our coffees that she never came to take our order. Said they share, we said why didn’t anyone take our order. She didn’t have a response. Left and went to McDonald’s for breakfast.

Food was good. It was made prior and heated up. Price was a little high. But overall good.

This is a really nice shop. Some really cool items and gifts for everyone in the family. I picked up one of the seasonings. It's a really cool line. The seasoning that I got was to help prepare ribs. And tasted absolutely amazing. Definitely stop by and check this place out. If you're in the area. You'll definitely find something you'll want to take home or give as a gift to somebody. The customer service is very friendly and not pushy. Walk in, grab a frozen wine slushy, and shop.

Love this place.

Started walking downtown Mt. Dora and stopped by this quaint cafe. Sat outside and enjoyed their breakfast sandwiches. The little fruit cups were full of exquisite sweet fruit. Friendly staff and good food.
-
A great little breakfast spot. Bonus points for the quiches being gluten free for those with celiacs or other gluten issues. We visited twice while we were in town!!
-
The closest thing I've experienced to a perfect restaurant. Great food and great staff in a wonderful atmosphere. This'll be our new go to place in Mount Dora.

We got the BLT on an everything bagel. Cute atmosphere and great service!
-
Coffee is super fresh and pure. We loved it! Thanks

Food was good, not great. Service wasn't the best, too busy chatting about personal issues that could be heard by most. Never checked back on coffee refills. Because it's downtown Dora, parking isn't the greatest.

We eat at Cody’s once a month. Their breakfast sandwiches are always excellent. Today we had asparagus quiche & bacon & mushroom quiche with a side of clam chowder. Both quiches were very salty with little other taste and the soup was heart but too watery. We were very disappointed today.

I am 49 years old and have never left a poor review. Today was the 2nd time I got run out at 1:45 in the afternoon. The sign says they are open and posted operating hours are until 2:00. Clearly they close sometime in the 1:00 hour. I’ve been looking for a favorite place to replace the One Flight Up restaurant that closed a while back. Well this isn’t it! They could care less about their customers. You should have seen her face when she noticed I sat down at roughly 1:50. I don’t know if they are afraid of work or afraid of paying their people. It’s a cute place but I couldn’t tell you how the food is. I was looking for good food and a small town feel and this isn’t it. If this continues it won’t last. Maybe something that stays open longer to serve the Community will take its place. I learned a long time ago to do it right or don’t do it at all and half hearted commitment shows worse than anything. There are lessons to learn here! The Salted Fry is great and bus at 2:40pm. Mount Dora has a lot of options!

The crustless farmer’s quiche was delicious! I also enjoyed the cappuccino. There were several quiche options along with many other menu choices. Fast and friendly service too! A 5+ in my book!

Had a club with ham and potato soup. Delicious! Polites staff, clean and homey feeling.
-
Wow. Such a great spot to relax and enjoy the conversation with the staff. The food was excellent, the Cobb Salad was fresh and the Tomato Basil soup was hot, along with the Grilled Cheese sandwich was amazing. If you are in Mount Dora, you must stop in and meet the folks inside.

Great breakfast spot with tasty food and good lattes too!

Great!

Unexpected disappointment! We went there a day before ( after reading a few reviews ) for coffee (really good latte) and were told that everything is made inhouse and items are fresh. Wow.. What a different experience the next morning. We order: - Drip coffee. It was OK. - Two Croissant sandwiches. The croissant was not fresh. It tasted like the ones from Costco (but smaller) that have been purchased 4 days before. Be ware: Every item is in at a smaller scale with a big price tag (tourist trap).
-
Unfortunately we went in for breakfast at 10:30am. They advertise breakfast until 11. It is printed on the menus in fact. No breakfast available. Sadly this is not the first time that this has happened to me. I love the food here but the somewhat arbitrary hours are puzzling

The owner, Cody, is the rudest business owner I have EVER come across in my lifetime! And Im in my 60's. I was in this small sandwich shop picking up a $90 business lunch (sandwiches) and either did not get a receipt or misplaced it. After trying to call at least 15 times ( no one answers phone) I got a wait staff on the phone. They said they might be able to get the receipt. After not hearing back the next day, I called and asked for the owner- I politely asked if I could get a copy of the receipt and she said NO, they cant do it and hung up on me. I was in shock. I will NEVER go here and will let ALL my physician customers and others in the area know to NOT patronize this place. I am APPALLED THE owner would not help! Unbelievable.
